Late delivery and when I emailed to find out if fresh flowers could be sent I had no reply. They also looked droopy and some brown due to being in a box for 48 hours.

Great product and service.

I needed a custom bouquet of flowers ordered for a friend who was going through an difficult time and feyi’s customer service team did an incredible job of making sure the order was designed as requested and delivered on time. I had some issues placing my order on the website so I emailed the customer service team who replied within a few hours, sorted out the issues with my order and kept me updated until the flowers were dispatched. My friend absolutely loved the flowers!

This is my second time ordering from get and definitely not my last! Thanks for a 5⭐️ experience once again.

Every idea Feyi brings to the table is fresh, fun and honestly beautiful. I like to stock up and it's always a nice touch when I gift their bouquets to loved ones. Every touch is well thought out and personal.

I specifically bought this bouquet for the colours and the lily pictured on the website, but it looked quite a lot different in real life. I know it says on the website that some of the stems are switched, but I felt it looked so different to the advertised bunch that I couldn’t help but feel disappointed. There was no lily in the bunch. I also took them to a florist for a second opinion who said the type of flowers, and the poor condition of some of them, were not worth the £70 paid.

I bought a bouquet as a birthday gift. The flowers were absolutely beautiful!

Flowers were beautiful, vibrant and fresh. Well packaged and came with some food packets. The only downside was delivery. Their policy says tracked delivery by 1pm but they came 2 hours late with no tracking info. This was very stressful because they were for a photoshoot and I had to find other plans. Such a shame but I can’t rely on them for special occasions.

Used this company to deliver flowers for Valentine’s Day for my fiancée.Delivery driver calls from completely from different part of London and doesn’t even have the postcode for the location.Then he goes that too far away for him and his manager gonna try to sort it out.And no flowers? You can not rely on this company.

I ordered newspaper wrapped red roses at £90 for my daughter, based on the photos on the web. What arrived was a small bunch of slightly old roses which weren’t worth a fraction of the money. I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction but they haven’t even had the courtesy to acknowledge my email. I’ll be back to using interflora next time

Post office delivery not very good !don’t always deliver on time

My wife loved the flowers. Beautifully arranged. Wish they lasted a little longer but the Mrs was happy either way.

Beautiful flowers and delivery!

The worst flower delivery. Missing note, flowers were mostly broken - in fact enough to make the packaging wet. Not secured within the box at all, just battered around. Had to organise a replacement last minute as it was a gift, the customer service to this day, after almost 2 weeks failed to respond regarding our refund request.
