Pretended to be affiliated with my car dealership and tricked me into thinking this was the same warranty I had with dealership. I had one agent hang up on me when I stated that they had been deceptive.

We recently bought a new car and got coverage on that car and then I received a letter saying I need to activate it and we thought it was the coverage for the car that we had already paid for and it wasn’t It was a third-party, but they lead us to believe that they were part of our protection that we had already paid for. Instead of just asking if we had protection on the car already. So when I went to cancel it eventually after trying to get me to continue to keep the coverage after already had coverage originally from my dealer they kept going on and on and finally they canceled so waiting to see if I’ll get my money back that I put down so they definitely say things that you want to hear. Never got to use the service so not sure if that would’ve been beneficial or not, but just didn’t like them not being honest in the beginning.

I liked the person that I dealt with very much. She was well qualified for her position. Fast to answer questions and very informed about all aspects regarding the requirements of mine and Fenix Protect.

I thought that this was GM asking me for extended warranty. We deal with people who do not accept anything but GM warranties.

Cuando agarre la garantía muy hamanbles me dieron explicacion de todo,pero ahora que llame para CANCELAR el servicio wow fue muy grosera la persona(que por cierto fue la misma que me atendió cuando adquiri la garantía) pero ahora que por razones personales la tube que cancelar fue demasiado grosera y mas cuando le pregunte si me iban hacer un reembolso (porque aparte nunca tuve la nesecidad de usar la garantía)me puso muchas trabas que yo tenia que hacer una carta,mandarla via fax y poner un montón de cosas en esa carta cuando creo que sería mas facil si ella completará el servicio de cancelación pero como me hablo tan grosera por la cancelación me dijo que en otras garantías si hacían rembolso pero no creía que en esta lo hicieran fue muy grosera y me queria colgar la llamada pero yo tenia que hacerle mas preguntas me dijo mande esa carta aver si tiene algo de rembolso pero no creo,honestamente con esa actitud de esa representante me hizo dudar sobre la validez de FÉNIX PROTECT ahora no se si era era confiable o no... (por cierto la representante se llamaba Alicia)

Didn’t explain anything just took a payment and after she went in detailed after I asked a question. It was all confusing then I tried to cancel everything and they kept on giving me reasons in why I should keep the plan but they weren’t listening to me at all at the end I agreed but I’m planning on canceling this plan because like I told them I can’t afford it even with the discount they offered
