Horrible. I had to state 18 times I wanted to cancel. The talking script and phone team are incredibly aggressive and aggravating. So glad I only fell for it for one month. Horrible scheming and marketing tactics, and horrible company.

I got an URGENT FINAL NOTICE naming my Lender as if my home warranty was required, saying it was about to expire...(I don't have or ever had) a home warranty. I feel This tactic is only used to scare and confuse people into buying their product, I almost needed a magnafying glass to find their actual name on the FINAL NOTICE! you should ALL be ashamed of yourselves

The representative and the manager were very accommodating. My problem was addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend this company.

I then paid. Almost 2000 dollars with yall and yall plan didn’t cover my thermostat now this morning i have to pay 800 bucks im dropping you all and just getting roadside assistance 😭

They’re asking my girl to pay 4,000$ worth of payments and she’s unsure as to even what you guys are? Im hoping to call tomorrow cancel whatever this is and get her refund of whatever she’s paid. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Received a home warranty notice stating FINAL NOTICE!
He stated it was because my home was built in 1988. Started to be suspicious during phone conversation. Don’t like that there is no phone number or address for this “company.” Have home owners insurance. Seems a scam for people to spend more money unnecessarily.

I still haven't gotten my electronic copy after being told numerous times I would get it with in 24-48 hours and its been 7 days

This company sends out Final notice scam letters to try to get you to buy their products. They collect information about you though on line activities and write to you as if they have you as a client The home warranty company they are fronting for is. Warranty Global Group

scam letter recd from this company for a brand new car, stating that my warranty was expired. said that if i dont call by this date that i will have lapse of coverage. please as promised, i hope it is your final attempt.

The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable about your product. He was kind and very patient with me as I had many questions.

The gentleman was very nice and polite, but not a lot of given information about the company. Like the name of the company in history on the company.

They sent me a letter clearly implying that I’m supposed to call them about buying their warranty and would be in legal trouble if I don’t. Obviously nothing ver explicitly stated but also they obviously know what they’re doing is intentionally deceptive
