Deceptive business practice
I received an "official looking" letter in the mail stating that the previous owner of my property had "secured" a home warranty, and that my "mortgage lenders requirements for my current loan may require a home warranty to stay in place at all times to stay in compliance".
The joke is on Fenix. I bought the property with cash, no loan. The previous owner was my mother-in-law and the building on the property isn't a residence.

Corey was the agent that helped me . Not sure of his last name, but he was knowledgeable about the offered warranty for my new vehicle, and explained the options offered in my warranty. He was great.

WARNING: Extremely Negative Experience
I received a letter from this company that I personally found vague and concerning. On December 31, 2025, at 11:28 AM, I spoke with them and later realized I had agreed to a $150 charge that I did not fully understand at the time. I regret agreeing to it and felt misled by how the information was presented.
This was my personal experience, and I encourage others to carefully review any documents and ask questions before agreeing to anything.

We are not a scam. Our policies are sold through A+ Administrators and can be used at any dealership or licensed service facility nationwide. After reviewing the phone call from when you called in to set this policy up, the Representative explained exactly what you were signing up for. You were not forced into setting this policy up.

Please let us know what you think is "fraud". You contacted us on 2/3/2026 and set up a 6-year new car coverage. This is the highest level of coverage you can get on a vehicle. Our Administrator has been in business over 10 years and is A+ rated. This policy can be used at any Dealership or licensed shop nationwide.
If you do not wish to continue with the policy you purchased, simply contact our Customer Service department.
