I was lucky enough to be bought this bag for Christmas.
Having just returned from a 3 month cruise, the bag was invaluable while on board. It is large enough to hold a laptop, swimming towel and book.
I especial like the large inside zip pocket where I could keep small valuables out of sight.
The studs on the bottom of the bag make it sit off the ground and therefore not getting the bottom dirty.
I look forward to using it on future trips.

Enjoyed a brilliant holiday in Sri Lanka only slightly marred by the lack of one wheel on our luggage, on arrival in Colombo, courtesy of the airlines baggage handlers.
On our return we contacted Fenella Smith to see if we could purchase a replacement.
Excellent customer service from Emma from the get go meant we received two replacement wheels within days, free of charge.
Suitably impressed we’re now looking forward to our next trip with a fully mobile suitcase.
Top service rarely seen these days.

Love the products from Fenella Smith, being vegan I really appreciate buying 'cruelty free'. I have bought a few items but especially like their purses/wallets. I recently purchased one but was contacted by Emma who advised they were some defects to the one I had chosen and she sorted out another purse before sending out. Really friendly, helpful customer service!

I really like the quality of Fenella Smith items. The jewellery cases I've bought recently do not disappoint. Great, vegan leather in vivid colours and a good size. They will make lovely presents too.

Had bought a valet tray from Fenella Smith in John Lewis previously but I couldn’t find this year so ordered directly. Excellent price and service, love these little trays for jewellery etc. Had a problem with one delivered so emailed and in less than a day a new one was on its way. Great product and fab service
