Great customer service
Bought a dress from here and when it came it had a red stain on the front of the dress unfortunately. I messaged customer services, they were apologetic and they very kindly sent me a new one out, next day delivery. The customer service was great and fast responses.

Nice items. Delivers on time. Only issue is sizing. Some items bigger than sizing suggests. Other items smaller. Also wish there was more range but it’s very niche which I can appreciate.

I have made a second purchase and I wanted to say for someone that struggles with materials of flat shoes and them being uncomfortable I don’t have that problem with femme luxe I have told my family and friends about it and about femme luxe (the ones that are new to it ) my mother also ordered some flat shoes and they are lovely I usually feel like I’m walking on paper but not with femme luxe I’d love to be a brand ambassador as I’m in love with the shop and have a great passion for fashion and also I’m active on social media !
