Scammers stay clear!!! Also their reply is telling more lies hence the reason I done an update on my review
Ordered 2 dresses came and they just weren’t what I thought they’d be. So decided to send them back. Put each dress into the original plastic packaging they came in and put both dresses in the pink bag it was delivered in. Cellotaped it for extra security awaiting Royal Mail to pick it up. Royal Mail picked it up attached the return label and away it went. Got and email to say they’d received the package and that £13.30 was being refunded. I paid £38.38 for the 2 dresses including delivery. I emailed to ask why it was only the amount refunded? They emailed me saying they had only received one dress! They attached a video opening the returned parcel. One the bag looked like a brand new bag (not the cellotaped one I sent back) they pulled one dress from the bag (not in the original plastic packaging I returned it in). I asked could they send me a picture of the return label so as I could match it up with the tracking number I had. They refused to do so. They then said as a good will gesture they’d credit my account with the price of the other dress 😂 I was like certainly not as I wouldn’t be purchasing from you guys every agsin. So end of story I got £13.30 refunded from a total of £38.38 I originally paid. Scammers! Stay clear and do not order!
Update on their reply….. the parcel could not have been lost in transit as the 2 dresses were in the same bag in individual wrapping as stated above! As a good will gesture you refunded me £3.99 not store credit that I can see. The good will gesture is not goodwill as your lying and would probably have been easier to give the refund not store credit so as you still get to keep the money. Just admit you’re a scam artist! The reviews on your website and on here state the same problem I had. Just own up and admit you’re in the wrong! Funny how quick you replied to this but took days to reply to my email!

We did receive your returned package and, upon inspection, found only one of the two dresses. We understand this is frustrating and have attached a video showing the parcel being opened as proof of the item we received. It’s possible the other dress may have been lost in transit.
Although we received only one item, as a gesture of goodwill, we issued store credit for the second dress to try and resolve the matter fairly. We always strive to handle returns and refunds transparently and do our best to assist our customers with any concerns.
We hope this helps clarify the situation, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
