I'd definitely order from them again!
The delivery was super speedy and the quality of the items were really great. Unfortunately I wasn't able to keep my items as they didn't fit. That said, the returns process was really straight forward. Overall, I received a fantastic service from FemmeLuxe and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I'm extremely disappointed with my…
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FemmeLuxe and their delivery partner Evri. I placed an order with FemmeLuxe, but Evri failed to deliver the package properly. I didn't receive any notifications about the delivery, and the parcel was left outside my door unattended.
When I contacted FemmeLuxe, they seemed to shift the responsibility to the customer. The lack of communication and coordination between FemmeLuxe and Evri is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better.
The fact that Evri didn't provide any tracking updates or notifications about the delivery is concerning. It's clear that they need to improve their delivery process and work more closely with their partners.
I would expect a refund or a replacement as I did not have a choice of what courier would deliver the item!!
I would advise others to think twice before ordering from FemmeLuxe. Until they sort out their issues, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Extremely quick delivery!!! I ordered a very last minute outfit and the following day it was already dispatched, that’s very good service. The quality of clothes is amazing. I was worried about the sizing and if the clothes would look good on me but wow they’re so pretty and definitely look like they do on the photos.
