DON’T RECOMMEND!
AWFUL COMPANY
It has been over a month since I requested a refund, and despite sending numerous emails and messages, I have been completely ignored.
I returned the items, and the company received them, which is clearly shown in the delivery confirmation photo. Despite having proof that the return was delivered, they have still refused to process my refund.
To make matters worse, they removed my account from their website, leaving me unable to access my order information.
Instead of resolving the issue, I was forced to go through my bank to recover my money.
At this point, it honestly feels like they were trying to keep both the returned items and my money. Their handling of this situation has been unacceptable.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, their customer service and handling of refunds have been extremely disappointing.
Update: The company has repeatedly reported this review in an attempt to have it removed rather than addressing the issues raised.

Following the publication of your review, we contacted you through Trustpilot and requested additional information, such as your order number, email address, or other relevant details, so that we could investigate and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we have not received any response.
At Femme Luxe, we process returns and refunds daily, and refunds are typically issued within 2–3 working days of a return being received and checked by our warehouse. Even in situations where tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it has not yet been physically processed, we work proactively with customers to locate the return and ensure refunds are issued where appropriate.
We take all customer concerns seriously and would never intentionally withhold a customer's refund or retain returned items. As we have been unable to verify any order linked to this review, we are currently unable to investigate the claims being made.

Absolutely awful quality clothing
Absolutely awful quality clothes and customer service. I ordered a dress around a year ago and it didnt look anything like the photo but I thought maybe it was just a bad fit on me. I gave them another try more recently and bought two dresses from them and I gasped when I opened them. The material was so cheap, see through and just disgusting. For £25 a dress, I didnt expect the dresses to be high quality, but I did expect them to be wearable at least! I requested a refund which got declined without reason. So I was £50 out of pocket for dresses that looked worse than you'd expect to get from a market. The fact that they have to authrorise a refund shows that they know their stuff is a load of shit that's gonna be frequently returned!!
