Amy was very helpful with arranging a replacement when one of my items was out of stock, allowing me to choose a new item with little fuss. Deliveries are always speedy and good value for money.

Brilliant company. I have been ordering from here for a couple of years now. Prices are great and customer service is excellent, whenever there's been a problem with my order they are always prompt to get in touch and let me know if something is sold out and give me the option to choose another or they can surprise me. Never been disappointed with anything from here.

Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation, wenn bestellte Produkte nicht mehr auf Lager/nicht mehr lieferbar sind, um entsprechenden Ersatz zu bekommen.

Can rely on Fansells for good quality and great selection of both Diamond Drill paintings and cross stitch kits, plus accessories. Issues are resolved very quickly and professionally, Used Fansells for a long time now. Keep up the good work.....

I was hesitant to purchase as always am from companies online, especially 1s I'm not aware off and not from UK.

But, the 2 X not full colourful life tree special diamond art looked beautiful and I decided to purchase, using PayPal incase anything went wrong .

Tracking was given and updates, with easy to follow emails sent& ordering was simple.

It arrived safely, no problems, tbh! It looks beautiful, especially the drills. I will be honest I haven't done it yet, as have had a lot going on as well as illness.

But from what I can see it looks just like every other kit, I have purchased from other main places.

Now I hope that problem free ordering, delivering will continue, if I decide to purchase again.

Please make your own decision, as this is just my brief and small order experience! But I have to give them credit where it's due!
