Ben bezig met het bouwen van de Fast and Furious Nissan Skyline. Gaat niet echt vlekkeloos... ik heb een probleem met de metalen body. De achterlichtglazen passen er met geen mogelijkheid in. Al meerdere malen gemeld, heb vervangende glaasjes gekregen, maar passen niet. Het zit in de body zelf. Weer een mail gestuurd naar Fanhome, maar nu reageren ze niet eens meer. Tijdens het bouwen al meer problemen gehad, maar die werden wel goed opgelost... waarom nu niet meer?

Terrible communication and supply issues
Terrible communication about shipments. Billed multiple times for stages that were never in stock just to have the payment reversed months later with no communication. Multiple shipments missing stages I was billed for. Multiple times waiting 5+ months for the next shipment. No app support for the R2-D2 any longer because your supply issues so the product i paid over $1800 for is useless because of your poor communication and not fixing the supply issues. Had i been able to complete it on-time I could have been able to use it but now almost 2 years late finishing it, it has no function besides beeping and moving around for a couple seconds even though your website still lists it as app controllable which is false advertisement. Same information is being submitted to the BBB

Very cool toys.
I am still in the early stages of dealing with fanhome (de-agostini) but so fat impressions are good, choosing and going through the process of ordering is very simple, I decided on the Lambourghini Revuelto which looks like an awesome display piece and chose the option to also have the display case.
All the options are laid out in a very straight forward manner so there is no confusion as to what you are paying for and delivery estimates are made clear.
I look forward to collecting all the parts for my Lambo and hopefully the rest of the process will be as simple as it has been so far.

The model itself is awesome and so…
The model itself is awesome and so detailed the issue I’ve been having is how each month you will be surprised as to how much it will cost from months costing anywhere from $2.00 to $87.00 other months. The subscription never seems to be the same and the model itself is yes the nicest I’ve seen thus far it will cost nearly $3,000.00 in total! So unless you are an extreme modellist or have a lot of $ to blow this might not be the thing for you! I’m only in the 4th month and have spent well over $300.00 and am only on stage 15 out of I believe 120 total stages if that helps you paint the picture in the price. Myself, I’m waiting to get all the stages or at least 1/2+ before I start to assemble the Ducati super bike but seems I still have a long way and a lot of $ to spend before I’m at that point. I’m going to stick it out at this point because if I skip a month for whatever reason they will cancel my subscription and I’ll be forced to start all over! So take everything into consideration when making your decision on whether you should start this adventure and investment. Good luck. Hope this helps…
