Fantastic customer service
I made a mistake with one of my subscriptions and contacted customer support. They responded in less than 3 days and sorted everything out. Honestly, whenever I've had to contact them, they've been incredibly helpful.

Faulty book being dismissed from staff
Received januarys Romantacy king of ravens by Claire sager that’s arrived faulty. I opened a ticket to highlight my issues, this only allows you to attach 5 pictures. Once the ticket was open I realised I had a secondary issue with the book. First issue was the front edge where the silver foil is has more than a 2cm/20mm visible scratch. The secondary issue is the top of the book where the pages meet the spine. The cloth that connects to the spine has come away, this has 2cm/20mm disconnect which is a fault. I’ve not been taken seriously on my tickets. You’ve closed a ticket down without looking at my secondary issue which I sent later. Under the consumer rights act 2015 items must be satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. I want a replacement of my faulty book. I’ve bought from you for over a year and usually you’re on the ball at replacing faulty items but refusing to replace this clearly faulty book and I’m disappointed as I’ve multiple preorders with you and two active book subscriptions.

Had to wait for the answer, but later everything was great
Had to wait quite a bit of time, but it was holiday season, so that’s normal. Also got a letter letting me know that they haven’t forgot my request, just are really busy, which was nice. But after they got to my question, it was all solved extremely quickly and with positive outcome, I wasn’t expecting that. Thanks to the customer support team member Hassan!
Fairyloot is fantastic
Fairyloot books ara fantastic, a famtasy for all book lovers. Also the customer service is excellent. Of course there are times when there is a huge amount of work and they might take a little longer to answer, but when they get to your request they answer it fast and kindly. I'm very happy with my overall experience woth Fairyloot products and support.

Are they worth it? No.
The only good thing with Fairyloot is they have a wide variety of new releases that I want each year. But ultimately is it worth it? Not really better to subscribe to other boxes first. I stay because I have books with them I want sequels to but who knows if you even get them as a subscriber. Other reviewers are being kind with the description of waiting an hour. It’s more like 3+ if it’s a highly anticipated release to then be shown it’s sold out. Not only do you have to wait that long they expect you to be next to the phone or computer that long otherwise you can lose your place and wait even longer. Their site is THE WORST site I’ve ever been on for pre orders. I could rant about that for an hour, do they care to fix it? Absolutely not. Every other book subscription site is better. Reviews are also correct on the quality lacking. BEAUTIFUL art, might be top 3 for art which is another reason I haven’t cancelled. But the worst quality it the actual book compared to literally everyone else. Also their books seem to be going to less signatures in the book box from authors so again what’s the point? The two stars is solely for the artwork and variety.
Kapot boek geleverd en geen service
Normaal altijd super enthousiast over dit bedrijf! Ze hebben prachtige producten normaliter. Helaas heb ik afgelopen maand van dit bedrijf een defect boek ontvangen. De hele dustjacket was scheef en ook nog beschadigd hierdoor aan boven en onderkant. Na contact te hebben opgenomen vinden ze dat de schade miniem is en blijkbaar normaal wat niet zo is! Ik ben zeer zeer teleurgesteld in dit bedrijf en hun belachelijk slechte service voor het leveren van een defect product waar je een aardig bedrag voor betaald.
