Amazing book subscription!
I've been a Fairyloot subscriber since 2020. I subscribe to all five of their different fantasy boxes and I love their exclusive editions. Every single book is designed with love and care. Shipping is speedy and the Fairyloot team are always happy to help and quickly resolve any issues (I think I just had one parcel lost and one slightly damaged, which they replaced immediately). I'm a super happy subscriber, thank you Fairies 🧚🏼♀️😊

I am very pleased with the books I receive each month, they are extremely beautiful, very good quality and most of the time the books chosen for the subscriptions are right up my alley. The customer service is helpful and everytime I needed help, they did provide it.
Unsafe website links and unresponsive Customer Service
Look I love Fairyloot's editions of books but there is some very bad issues I can't keep letting slide.
I was finally offered to sign up to the Romantasy Book Only Subscription (after a year and a half of waiting mind you) only for both Safari and Chrome to warn me about an unsafe link every time I have tried to click through. That page then will not let me log in to my account, but I can log in via Fairyloot's regular page...
There is no direct way to contact them aside from filling out their form at being at Customer Service's mercy which takes days to get a response, that's if they don't close your ticket within the space of a couple of days! And to cap it off I was sent an email telling me all the Romantasy places had gone and to join the Waiting List again! Between this and the absolute dog fight of trying to purchase popular books and Fairyloot continuously not providing enough demand and leaving hundreds of people frustrated and unhappy with wait times over 24 hours it's become unacceptable and is taking advantage of customer's patience as their books are stunning.
Your books also arrive at the end of the month - I'd expect a subscription for a Feb book arrive before the 27th as is most of the time.

Done with the tech issues and zero accountability
I spent over five hours today trying to participate in the US/Canada Trove sale and the experience was a technical disaster. I followed every single "tip" from the FairyLoot team. I kept the tab active and clicked every few minutes to ensure my session stayed live. Despite this, the queue randomly booted me and jumped from a 2 hour wait to "more than a day" and then completely booted me from the site.
It is 2026 and this company still refuses to use a transparent numerical queue or figure out a better way to support loyal customers. Instead, they use a fluctuating timer that offers zero accountability when their server nodes fail and falls on its face at every turn unable to handle well-known high traffic sales. It is essentially a lottery masquerading as a line. I watched people join on their phones and get 1 minute wait times while those of us who had been waiting all morning were stuck in "ghost queues" that never moved.
The production of the books does not excuse the abysmal quality of the user experience. Devoting a full workday to a broken website just to be kicked out at the finish line is insulting. FairyLoot needs to stop making excuses about "high volume" and actually invest in functional infrastructure that respects their customers' time.
