There was an issue with the delivery of my subscription order. Customer service responded to my email in a timely manner and sent a replacement. I received the replacement today. Best customer service!! Thank you James and FairyLoot!

While I was upset to receive a book missing more then a few pages, Matilda at Fairyloot was able to send me a replacement copy. She also provided tracking as well.
The conversation was pleasant and very prompt. I didn’t have to wait more than the weekend to be contacted.

I had a great experience with the customer care team. They are professional, kind and very helpful, I had received solutions for all the issues that I encountered.

I purchased the gorgeous Wolf King and Night Prince books from the team at Fairyloot after loving the books on my kindle. Absolutely stunning in person - though who’s actually surprised? My copy of Night Prince came a little damaged (I suspect from the shipping, and not from the actual team), but customer service team were awesome, made the experience of reaching out so easy AND sent me an undamaged copy so, so quickly. ❤️ 10/10 would recommend.

Fairyloot customer service has to be one of the best. I’ve had lost packages, damaged books, incorrect orders and they have always helped me and gotten back to me quickly. Whether it’s a preorder or the subscription. I will never cancel and I’m so grateful for the help and the replacement of my lost packages!

Every time I have something to solve the customer service is outstanding! It's currently my favourite subscription box.

Nisha was the best! I emailed about early access emails going to an old email address, and she was quick with her responses and even asked for the specific titles I wanted to make sure the access emails got to the right email address.
Even though I was late in responding to one of the emails, she was always quick to get back to me, and was super helpful and nice in every response!

This is probably not the usual kind of review you might see here, and I will try to keep it short and straight to the point.

I had ordered a special edition Caraval set back when it was in preorder. Last winter, it went out for delivery, but remained stuck in transit. Unfortunately, I was in a domestic abuse situation, and needed to leave my house forever on a set date, for my safety. I messaged the fairyloot team with my situation, and they let me know that if the package could not arrive in time, they would send me a replacement to my new adress.

Unfortunately, the package made it one day too late. So I could not get the books. I messaged the fairyloot team and they assured me they would still ship another set to my new adress.

Today, I have received the set. I cried, not only because the books are beautiful, but because of how caring the fairyloot team has been with my situation. They could have told me it was too bad and that I had to live with the situation I was in, but no. They never questionned me, and directly told me they would find a solution.

So thank you Fairyloot for being wonderful in handling my delicate situation in the most human way it could have been taken care of. I will forever recommend your buisness because of this ❤️

I misunderstood simple directions and asked stupid questions but the staff were so patient and understanding, they were absolutely wonderful!

The books are absolutely beautiful and the 4 items that come with are always such amazing quality, so so beautiful!! I have also had an issue with evri and the team at fairyloot have just been incredible, nothing but helpful and kind. If I could afford to have more than one subscription with them I would. So so amazing and more than worth the price!!!!

I can’t compliment Fairyloot enough for their customer service. I have always been very happy with the service I have received and Fairyloot have always worked to resolve any issues or queries I have had.
On this particular instance, I spoke with Daphne regarding a pre-order which sadly arrived damaged. She was incredibly helpful and understanding from start to finish and arranged for a replacement book to be delivered to me, which was dispatched and delivered very quickly!
Overall I am very impressed with Fairyloot’s customer service, with their customer service team being very helpful, kind and well informed to resolve any issues. Thank you for a great service!

Had my most recent delivery yesterday and yet again, Fairyloot fail to disappoint! I was on the waiting list for a long time before being able to join and I'm so glad I went ahead when I finally got my email. My bookshelf is now full of some really gorgeous books. There are some that I would not have picked up for myself but I found that I really enjoyed them when reading.

The artwork is always beautiful and high quality and I've never had any issues with their condition from shipping. I know the price can put some off but I do find them worth it, they are special editions after all and a nice monthly treat for any avid reader.

I've also found it really easy to pause a month where money has been a little tight or I've just not felt the vibe of the upcoming month. Never experienced any issues or needed to contact customer services.

One of my subscription books came damaged due to the courier lobbing it 6 meters across my fence (someone was home but they didn’t ring the doorbell😭) I reached out via their online contact form and they replied less than 24 hours later telling me they had arranged a replacement copy and to gift the other copy to someone else who would enjoy the book ! 🥹 absolutely fabulous customer service 💕
