I've always had a great experience with the Fairyloot customer service team. I've used this company for years to buy beautiful books and I honestly think they are the best quality special edition books you can buy.

Fairyloot is an absolutely amazing company! I’ve always had a good experience with them and have been a subscriber for 3 years. I had ordered a book and it never arrived to me but tracking said it was delivered, I contacted customer support and talked with a lovely representative whom helped me get a replacement. This was so amazing of them, especially because the lost book was no fault of theirs but instead my local delivery. Absolutely amazing company that I will stand by until the end. 🫡 Thank you Fairyloot!!

Lovely customer service, quick and helpful responses!

I have been a subscriber for years now and have always been happy with Fairyloot. Even when I had issues, the customer support has always been helpful and accommodating! The prices for the books are good and affordable for what they are! I doubt I will ever cancel the subscription or leave this company, as this is the only bookish shop I regularly buy something from. Everything has a lovely and nice quality, the designs are magical and every single person in the customer service is a joy to talk to, very lovely people. Even if there are sometimes books I do not support, I simply skip them, but those cases are very rare. In comparison tk the books I adore, those are far more many. I am more than happy and want to thank the whole company! ♡

Ivy is so prompt and friendly. Fairyloot has the BEST customer service! I have had to cancel some other subscription boxes due to the customer service being so difficult. I have always had such fantastic experiences with Fairyloots team.

I have a book subscription from fairyloot and I love the copies I get. Yesterday was the first time I had to contact fairyloot because a book was damaged and within 24 hours I’ve got a respond that a replacement copy is on its way!

It's 14 hours untill my subscription renews and I cannot find the 'skip this payment button'. I contacted customer service and got a response almost immediately. This is the magic from Fairyloot, not only do they sell beautiful books, they also have a great customer service ❤️
