Customer service always good , understanding and fast reply

Yesterday was my first time actually buying from Fairyloot and it was a great and easy experience. Well, as easy as it could be to fight through the long queues and get my hands on The Knave and the Moon pre-order! 😆 But I managed to grab it and I'm so happy! I made an error when entering my address due to my nerves trying to get the book; but Fairyloot was quick to respond within a day and correct my mistake! I've been on their subscription waitlist forever and I hope one day I can join it but my experience actually buying a non-subscription book was wonderful! Thank you, Fairyloot!

Excellent customer service! I was trying to pre-order a book, it wasn’t working, and I was on the verge of panicking. Sent a message asking if the book was already sold out or if something was wrong. Customer service got back with me within moments. It wasn’t even minutes, which for pre-orders I’m very grateful for. They instantly knew what the problem was and helped me get my order placed!

Matilda helped resolve my issue - and so quickly that I was still able to purchase the book I wanted during Early Access. I am so grateful, especially for her patience with me since it was 100% user error.
Aside from Matilda's help, I am so excited for the new special edition of the book I ordered. Fairyloot's books are always so beautiful and well crafted!

I love the customer service, they're so approachable and quick to help. I only wish FL incorporated a little more variety in the artists, a lot of the editions have similar look & feel.

The product is very special and I look forward to receiving my books every month! The couple of times I have had questions and needed customer service, they have been absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend them enough! The book editions are beautiful and I feel they are heirloom quality.

I have been a Fairyloot subscriber for about 2-3 years now & have preordered many, many books from them. They are beautiful books! I have also rarely needed customer service help, but when I have had to reach out, they have been quick to respond and resolve my issue.

I've been a member of fairyloot for about 5 years now. During that time I've received absolutely stunning books. And in the cases where I had to contact customer support I've always been aided greatly (changing address or damaged book). They are always very kind. I'd highly recommend fairyloot if you are looking for a great book subscription!

I was having account issues, my first time setting up an account and getting my subscription set up, and I reached out for help. They responded back to me within a day and fully resolved my issue within 2-3 days. It was a great experience and can’t wait to enjoy my subscription! Millie in customer service was so helpful. She was prompt with her replies and always so friendly. After a lot of confusion (on my part!) Millie sorted out what I was after and I’m very excited for my new subscription to renew in July.

I absolutely adore FairyLoot! I've been receiving the adult subscription since 2023 and the romantasy sub since it started in 2024. The designs continue to get better and better and I really enjoy all the picks.
On the very odd occasion I need to contact the company they are always super helpful and lovely. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about them!

I had such a great experience with Fairyloot customer service! I'm in the middle of a move, and for some reason, my address forwarding didn't work for mh FL packages, even though it has worked with every other company. I was worried that they'd tell me I was out of luck or tell me the books I ordered were out if stock, but they did neither of those things! They immediately investigated, agreed the packages were lost, and ordered replacements for me. I am beyond happy to receive my lost books!

Fairyloot is my favorite ! They are such angels. The customer service is really nice and the book are STUNNING. They always give their best ! Love them so much

Millie at Fairyloot customer service were very helpful in resolving my issue, apologising for the error in their system and responding in good time to all my emails.
