I did email but was given a brushed off response . This was highlighted to faces over 6 months ago. As of today’s date still advertised and still teaching in accredited. It’s a disappointment to the beauticians who go above and beyond to be above board and an insult to approval to trusted companies who should have patient safety at the forefront. I have since been blocked from faces google reviews

Superb service. Had a problem with a payment from my bank which the team looked into immediately for me. After a few messages back and forward it was actually a legitimate transaction and completely not Faces fault but mine! Excellent communication throughout to update me on the checks being carried out. Can’t fault the team, very professional 🙌
