If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would. The online payment service (for me) has never worked, in 2 years I have had to always phone up to make payments which is incredibly frustrating as they don't always answer the phone, and sometimes don't answer WhatsApp untill the next day. I always complain about this as I loose my time limit and products don't get paid before the cut off time therefore affecting my appointments. I'm always told that my feedback has been sent to the relevant team and it will be fixed... Almost two years later and I still have to phone up and no one answers the chat. Then I feed this back to them which is completely ignored. They don't train their staff properly and their service is extremely poor.

Upon reviewing your account and the history of payment failures, we can see that the transactions were typically declined by your bank due to suspected fraud. We understand how this may not have been clearly communicated before, and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
To help avoid further disruption, we would recommend trying an alternative card or contacting your bank directly to clarify and allow these transactions. In the meantime, we’ll also continue to share your feedback with the relevant team to improve both our payment experience and response times.

I'm just starting out on faces app but so far it's been really easy going and a compact app where there's everything you need to start your business,and specially the customer support helps you out as fast as they can. Shushi has been helping me out and she's really good and fast and I hope they'll maintain their standards.

Brilliant app and service with WhatsApp help and delivery updates and the ability to do consent forms, order prescriptions & stock and log batch numbers aswell as run a diary is fantastic.

I am so pleased that I was introduced to this app on my course. It does everything that you need! Bookings, forms, shop for products, prescribers...the lot! And it's FREE!! I have had some questions with how certain services work and Shushi in customer services has been super helpful in answering those, and very thorough which was brilliant and just what I needed.
