Here is what happened. Your parcel was handed to Royal Mail for delivery, but it was scanned by mistake at their depot, which is why it did not reach you. That was Royal Mail's error, not yours and not ours.
We raised a formal complaint with Royal Mail straight away and have been following it up with them and giving you timely updates throughout. We are staying on this with them and will contact you directly the moment we have confirmation.

STILL NO REFUND FOR PRODUCTS I NEVER RECEIVED
I paid 270.55 for a couple of products, my money was taken, and products never arrived, I was promised a refund, and given a number by Scott who said to call him, he has not responded to my messages requesting my rightly owed refund, for products I never received. Wont be using this service again. Dont even give it 1 star.
