Truly awful. At no point was it made clear that I would be subscribing. Took nearly 30 mins to cancel. Kept trying to keep me even though I was so annoyed. Awful how I had to keep on and ask 6 times to cancel. I cancelled my whole order I was so angry. Never again. What are things like now.

Fabletics is like watching your football team score a screamer in the 90th minute… only for VAR to disallow it because the referee sneezed.
The clothes? Exceptional. Top-tier joggers. Honestly, I’d happily live in them. The customer service setup? Impressive on paper – 7 days a week, multiple ways to get in touch, even WhatsApp. This should be a winning formula. Emphasis on should.
In reality? Their phone line is a constantly stuck in a perpetual loop, that doesn't recognise the response you give it. So, I tried WhatsApp and got Anna – bless her, the guardian of the “computer says no” button.
Apparently, my order was cancelled because my bank hadn’t approved the transaction. Odd, because Monzo and I both saw the money leave my account faster than Fabletics’ customer care team ducking responsibility. I even rang Monzo, who confirmed what I already knew: the money was with Fabletics.
Back I went to Anna, who insisted – with all the warmth of a traffic warden – that the payment hadn’t gone through. Her solution? “Don’t worry, pay us again in incognito mode.” INCÓGNITO MODE. What is this, Mission Impossible: Joggers Edition?
No apology. No “let me look into this.” Just a brick wall with a first name badge.
So here I am: Fabletics have my money, my joggers, and apparently my dignity – unless I cough up again. This company is built to win but staffed and systemised to fail.
In short: gorgeous clothes, shame they’re guarded by customer service straight out of a Kafka novel.

Don't bother, you are better off buying somewhere where you don't have to have a subscription. The clothes are nice but i'm 100% sure you can get the same quality elsewhere. Everytime you buy something off this website the membership restarts and they charge you monthly. They take your money and turn them into credits without giving you the option to have your money returned. I had to call customer services and the lady on the phone did actually refund me 3X credits BUT in the next couple of days they took another credit from me! There was no way for me to skip this as the box is ALWAYS greyed out on my account. I have rang up to cancel my account today and asked for the credit they have taken to be refunded to me BUT apparently because they already refunded me previously, they wont do it again! I told them that I rarely purchase anything from Fabletics and would rather have this money back but apparently the system wont allow this. I need this money and I have no way of getting it back now. I was told I have 12 months to use the credit and to read the terms and conditions. Very Poor!
Look at the reviews on here - 93% 1 stars (no 5*!)at the time of posting this. Whether they think their t&c's are clear or not, the reviews speak for themselves.

Extremely misleading. Made one order and was signed up to a membership where they then took £49.99 from me. Do not buy from this company. I have emailed them to cancel this membership but to have been signed up to something so completely unaware and robbed of my money after only one order being placed is ridiculous. Shameless dirty tactics they advertise one day before their membership fee charge day the ‘new customer promotion’ you go through the process of sign up and placing an order only the next day to find your order is cancelled with no reason given, however they keep your £69 membership running no problem! Disgusting! Stay far away from sellout Kevin’s brand, so dirty I can’t believe regulations don’t get these guys are they above the law they can trick consumers this way! Shocking

This company is simply a scam. You're lured into buying an item from them on a heavily discounted price (70% off their retail price), on the condition that you sign up to their VIP membership. Being a member means they take £54 each month from your account and transfer the money into what they call a VIP credit. You can stop the debit but need to do it each month within a specific time period and only on their website (i.e., between 1st and 5th, if you miss this your account will be debited). With the VIP credits you buy items from them but they're no longer 70% discounted - the VIP prices are quite high, for example VIP price for leggings can be £55-£60. They claim the retail price is, say, £75 and as a VIP member, you get 20%-25% off. If the price per item is less than what you paid for your VIP credit, you'll get no refund of the difference. You use your VIP credit against an item, not the value of your basket. You can only sign out of the membership by contacting fabletics which is another hurdle as others here pointed out. When you sign out of the membership and are left with any VIP credits, you can use them to buy full price items. Again, you apply VIP credit against a full priced item, in the example of leggings above I'd be paying £75. If you wanted to become a member again, you need to buy something from them first. There's no option to become member again by ticking a box etc. You'll again be able to buy a heavily discounted item (70% off) when you reactivate your VIP membership, but can't use any existing VIP credits as they won't give you the difference between what you paid for the credit (£54) and what the reactivation price per item is (e.g. this could be £12). I'm now left with two VIP credits, need to reactivate my membership to take advantage of the 'VIP' prices so I can get rid of the two credits. The whole business model is based on trapping people into something that is difficult to understand unless you're already a member. E.g. I was expecting VIP prices to be the same as when I was first signing up.

Sorry, aber wer nicht lesen kann, ist selbst schuld. Der Firma Abo-Falle zu unterstellen finde ich lachhaft. Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren Kundin und hab einfach in meinem Kalender eine Info, die mich daran erinnert zu pausieren. In 4 Jahren ist es mir erst einmal passiert, dass ich es vergessen habe. Von den Credits hab ich mir halt dann was bestellt, als ich was gebraucht habe. Und qualitativ sind sie einfach super. Kein Rutschen und kein schnelles abnutzen und eine der ersten Booty-Scrunch Leggings, wo mir der Scrunch nicht bereist nach 2 Monaten reißt. Und ich habe echt schon viele Leggings-Firmen durch (Teveo, ICIW, Oace,BoomBooty,….). Die einzigen die qualitativ gut sind, sind Lululemon, aber die kosten leider ein Vermögen 😅. Ich bin zufrieden. Ein Stern Abzug, da ich ab und an technische Probleme mit der App habe.

Atrocious and misleading - wow. I bought one item from them and ended up paying a monthly amount for membership I was unaware I was enrolled in. No monthly email to inform me of payment or of any benefits AND so no opportunity to recognise that I was part of a money-sapping scheme. I am furious as I've bought from loads of athleisurewear sites but this has to be the worst customer experience I've ever had.

I bought a bra that was barely worth £20 over 3 months ago. I have it would seem unknowingly signed up to a £54.99 per month subscription. You have taken £164.97 from me so far. I have emailed and was advised that i didn't 'skip the month' on the system when I purchased 1 x bra. This is has been one of the most underhanded experiences I have had with a company. This is quite clearly a con. You get a good £100 out of people before they realise what is happening. How is this not a con? I would like a refund but I am sure that won't be forthcoming.

Back in 2018, I was 15 and asked my parents for leggings from this brand. Unknowingly, as I signed up my email address I was automatically enrolled in their subscription service. Since my parents paid for it, their bank details were used. We’ve come to find out (only recently as the brand now changed their user id on bank information and my parents did not recognize “fabletics” as one of their memberships) that we have been scammed out of €4,110 for a VIP subscription we never signed up for back in 2018!!! Absolute scam and horrendous trickster tactics to steal money from customers. What company would automatically sign you up for a paid membership just because you need to make an account to buy products.
Unethical cheaters run this brand. DO NOT BUY!!!
Update: After I posted this review, Fabletics reached out and issued a full refund of the €4100. My family and I really appreciate it and Steve was very helpful. Again I still urge you to be aware of the membership Fabletics signs you up for!

Terrible awful quality clothes. All went in the bin. Took out a secret membership. Cancelled it. Still took the huge payment. Customer services claimed they couldn’t help and sent a link to sort it. The link didn’t work. The phone number is fake and doesn’t work. The chat crashes and doesn’t work. Money wasted on unwearable clothes then money stolen out of account. Lesson learned. Always read reviews first
