Where do I start with my experience? I was a customer since 2021, back then the service was better, the orders came correct and on time. Fast forward to now and the last three orders I made, 2 were lost and 1 came and it was someone else's order. That last order was all the way back in January and the same day I got it , I sent it back. It's now April and they still haven't been able to give me a refund because Fed Ex LOST the package that I returned with the items that weren't mine. Now they think I never sent it even though in their system it says it's in transit. I have been robbed of $100 for items I never received and I have spoken with over 15 customer service representatives and no one has a solution. Next time I'll just sell the clothes they sent me because it would be easier and more lucrative then wait for a refund they have no intention of giving. Mind you I'm bilingual and I've called both in english and in spanish and no one is of help. They tell you they have to consult the return department and to wait 2 days to call back. The whole thing is absurd. I would give this company 0 or negative starts if I could. There is a reason their average rating is 1.5 stars. Do not waste your time because they do not care and just want your money.

I don’t know why they have such a low review rate on here. Their clothing is very good quality well you know it’s a little expensive. I definitely don’t think that most of the items are worth what the cost of 1 VIP credit costs, and not because the quality is low, but because you could buy them cheaper by just buying the product getting the VIP point monthly that is more than what most of the products cost if you just directly bought them. so I’m not really into that membership aside from skipping the month or pausing so I can continue to get a little bit better deal. But I think it’s pretty obvious when you subscribe to VIP that it’s a membership monthly program so I don’t know why people are acting like they didn’t know they were gonna be charged monthly.. you get your first order on the cheap because you sign up for that VIP membership, which you could go ahead and cancel it right away. Or pause or skip or cancel whenever you want without having to talk to anybody it’s a button it’s right there which is so much easier than trying to cancel a lot of other subscription products. I will say when you do cancel if you do make sure you confirm that you are canceling you have to click like four buttons to fully cancel and confirm it, which is not any different than a lot of other subscription products but the fact that you can just click a button or four to cancel I prefer that over we’re having to do a chat waiting in a queue, call Phone Number, etc.So you know, I think Fabletics is good. qualities great fabric is nice. You know one other group I have if any is they do limited supplied releases and the problem is a lot of their outfits are coordinates right so it’s really annoying when they like release a top but not at the same time as the matching bottom so it’s like if you wanna buy that top, you’re automatically kind of stuck waiting and hoping that you don’t miss ordering the matching pants you wanted before they run out that’s annoying. I don’t like that FOMO Marketing. but as compared to other fitness pants or workout clothes, I think they’re good, solid quality and compared to the cost of some of these other fitness brands. They’re pretty affordable.

I would like to firstly say, I love your products. However it's absolutely not something I need to replace every month and do not want a monthly subscription. Unfortunately every time I place an order ( about twice a year) I then have to remember to cancel which you make extremely difficult.
Currently I have been on a chat for over 1 hour and despite stating extremely clearly several times that I want to cancel not skip, a cancellation still hasn't been confirmed.
Please take note of all the negative reviews. These are not about the products but about the subscription - which clearly no one wants.

Edit 2....they offered to actually send the item and admitted they have a technical fault......but that was a week ago and they're ignoring me AGAIN 😭 I don't think I've ever had a worse interaction with a business....if you can call Fabletics that.
I can't actually purchase stuff despite them admitting fault. I'm sure they just do this purposefully to not have to do any work and discourage anybody else from complaining....
Edit.... On their response.....They didn't contact me at all..... I've messaged repeatedly since 13th March and the Zendesk has repeatedly told me they don't know why and to wait another #4-48hrs.......wtf.......Customer service isn't that at all
They refuse to help sort out the issue with a shirt continually cancelling and tell me I'll be contacted but they never do.
DO NOT JOIN THE CULT.....THEY WILL NOT FIX ANY ISSUES

I want to start by saying I am genuinely one of your biggest fans. I love your products, I feel great in them, and I have followed the brand for years. That is exactly why writing this is so painful because I truly believe in what you are building, and I hate watching something I love fall short of its potential.
The 1-star reviews you are seeing don't have to be your story. They could turn into 5-star reviews almost overnight if you simply got rid of the subscription model.
I say this with the deepest respect: but who subscribes to a monthly clothing scheme? Clothing isn't food or drink. It's not something people need to replenish weekly or monthly. The VIP membership, the monthly credits, the "skip the month" reminders — it creates friction, frustration, and distrust where there should be joy. I watched you open a store in London and then close it, and I genuinely believe that same model was at the heart of it.
The introductory offer — two pairs of joggers or shorts for £24 — is brilliant. It gets people through the door and, more importantly, it works, because the products speak for themselves. But then to see those same items priced at £60–£70 at full price? That's where you lose people. Not because the quality isn't there, but because the gap feels like a trap rather than a reward.
You don't need to trick loyal customers into buying. You just need to price your products fairly — somewhere between the teaser price and the full price — and let the quality do the talking. Drop the subscription model, reprice honestly, and I genuinely believe you could become one of the most respected and successful activewear brands in the world. You have everything else it takes.
Please, someone at Fablatics — read this. This brand is deserves better than a business model that undermines everything great about it.

While I waited a long time before jumping on the bandwagon…..I was initially pleased with my scrubs. Sizing a little off…(ex:same style-different colors- different fits) I was forgiving bc I liked the appearance and fit. However!! When I attempted to use my “VIP credit” (somebody needs to tell them what VIP means) there were hidden tariff fees, shipping was crazy and within 40 min of placing my order…and it showing in my debit card…they cancelled the order. No reason no help…so I tried to cancel then. No! They would t let me. Gave me a $10 credit and said “will this do?” So I waited and tried to order again another day. “Payment unable to be processed” over and over. Tried an3rd day. And used klarna. Payment hit account, no confirmation and I called back . “Oh the order has been processed and will ship soon”. Nope! Another cancelled order. This last CSR tried to blame me for the payment t not processing. It’s showing paid on my cards bank acct!!! I demanded a refund and cancellation. And she still tried to insist I reconsider. Horrible!!

SCAM company! I bought two pairs of black leggings for £19 on the 13th January, after one wash, the white waistband went a mucky grey colour but for the price I could not complain. However there was a catch, somewhere in the small print when I made this purchase it must have said I agree to become a “VIP member”. On the 7th February the company took £59.99 out of my PayPal account and I had been signed up for a monthly subscription. This money has been taken without my consent, I have emailed the company 7 times and had 3 phone calls over the last 21 days and fabletics keep fobbing me off saying that it is Paypal's responsibility to settle the dispute. I am really at my whits end trying to get my money back ☹️
Never use this company, their practices are not professional and you will never be able to speak to the customer service. I spent literally half a day today trying to redeem my so called VIP credits. When I dropped the items to the basket, etc... checked the box to redeem the points, they will not allow you to complete the purchase until you reactivate this pathetic VIP membership, which I have no intention to do. They just want to continue to steel your money, as they would still want you to reactivate the membership and pay odd 60 pounds a month!! ! When you try to contact them, oh no, forget it, I was in the queue as number 13th for 45 min. Then, when you connect via WhatsApp or any other way, you speak to bunch of robots. Never ever purchase anything from them, spare yourself huge flustrations and anger, I am going to be taking an action against them. Use this as a warning for you. They now own my 200 pounds, as I'm not able to redeem the credit, unless I reactive the membership. Can you believe that!!!

I am reporting this company again as I have already asked them not to steal any more of my money from my account.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers and got a free top. One pair of trousers were out of stock. The top was too big so I arranged an exchange. I returned the original top, only to finds they resent me the same size and charged me £59.95 for it.

Awful terrible experience. Again, I bought a single pair of leggings, and Fabletics charged my £59.99 each month for 4 months. Yes I was slow to notice, but this is really poor form. This is a trick. Then when I asked them about this via email, Fabletics denied having my email address, even though I have the original email confirmation. Avoid this business at all costs. Even if I did want the "VIP", what did I get for £59.99!!??? Absolutely nothing. Yeah, great experience guys. Really looking after customers eh!!?? You guys suck big time.

I made ONE small purchase with Fabletics and later discovered I had been enrolled into a VIP subscription without realizing it.
They charged me for two months automatically. No clear warning, no obvious confirmation that I was signing up for a monthly membership. This is a classic subscription trap.
I never intended to join VIP. I never knowingly agreed to recurring payments.
Now I’m forced to open disputes through PayPal just to get my money back.
This business model is designed to rely on people missing the “skip month” window. That’s not transparency — that’s manipulation.
Customer support is slow and difficult to reach, and the whole experience feels deliberately confusing.
My advice: AVOID FABLETICS.
If you buy once, watch your account closely — they will happily keep charging you.
This isn’t how honest companies operate.

Fraud! Stay away! When you buy clothes from them they sign you up to pay £60 a month without consent or awareness from the buyer. I contacted them to ask for a refund of £500 that they took out of my account and they said I have only £80 credit to spend on their sight and refuse to refund Any money paid. They was taking money out of my account and I was unaware. Where has my money gone? Ive raised an issue with PayPal and going to take this further! Do not buy!
