Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je feedback met ons te delen. Het spijt ons oprecht dat je zo’n teleurstellende ervaring hebt gehad. Dit is absoluut niet de standaard die we voor onze producten en service nastreven.

We willen onze excuses aanbieden voor het ongemak dat is ontstaan door de beschadigde leggings en de vertragingen bij het afhandelen van je verzoek. We begrijpen hoe frustrerend dit voor je moet zijn, vooral als het gaat om terugbetalingen en contact met onze klantenservice.

When you choose a VIP price you are informed about how the membership works both before and after confirming the order. You also receive a confirmation email after your first purchase that provides you with additional information about the VIP membership. In addition, you get a pamphlet with your order in the package that contains information about the membership.

As a VIP member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month. To keep all the benefits of the VIP membership (better prices, promos, free shipping and returns, personal boutique and other perks) for free you simply need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click on the button "skip the month". Only if you don't do that in this period of time  you will be charged £54.99 that will be transferred to your Fabletics profile which can be used in your future shopping.
Even though you get charged £54.99, the value of 1 member credit is £80. With your Credit, you can buy an item or a two piece outfit at any price up to 80£ or more if you want to add extra from your credit card. 
You will have 12 months to use credits from the date they were charged. But don’t worry, we will send you reminders 3 months before that, if you don’t spend them before.

We offer exclusive outfits redeemable for Credits in case you get charged, early access to sales + to new collections, new items to drop on Thursdays each week in addition to monthly collections especially for you.
With the VIP Membership  you also have access to our Fabletics Fit app that includes hundreds of on-demand classes (HIIT workouts, yoga routines), meditation programs, and more from the best trainers.

When you order something from Fabletics, you can choose to pay the VIP price or the Guest price. There are a few conditions attached to the VIP membership. The idea is that you go to your showroom between the first and the fifth of the month and that you then buy something or if you do not want to buy anything, you 'skip' the month by pressing the 'skip month' button. If you do not do this, an amount of € 54.95 will automatically be debited. This amount is converted into a VIP credit and you can use it to order an item worth € 54.95.
You are not obliged to order something every month, we understand very well that you do not want or cannot order something every month. That is why you can press the 'skip month' button.
We would like to get started with your review as soon as possible and find out what exactly went wrong. Unfortunately, we could not find your account because there was no reference number. We therefore ask you to update the
information so that we can contact you and provide a solution.

You also receive a confirmation email after your first purchase that provides you with additional information about the VIP membership. In addition to this, you get a pamphlet with your order in the package that contains information about the membership. 

The great thing is, as a VIP member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month. To keep all the benefits of the VIP membership for free you simply need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click on the Skip The Month button. With the Skip option, you can keep your subscription entirely for free.

When our VIP customers don't Skip, we are converting fee to Member Credits, so that you can use them on the website. even though you get charged £54.99, the value of 1 member credit is £80.00.

The VIP membership is merely a choice on our website, and it provides our Members with many benefits such as promotions, lowered prices, access to additional styles, free exchange and return, Reward points, as well as complete the look promotions, new items dropping on Thursdays in addition to monthly new styles, etc. You also get full access to the FABLETICS FIT Fitness App. If you opt for shopping with the VIP promotion, the VIP membership is clearly explained before, during, and after your first purchase as a VIP. We are trying to make our policy as transparent as possible, and our only goal is to help our members have a high-quality shopping experience and benefit from the program. Our customers always have the choice to check out as either Basic members or VIP members.

Our VIP members can keep their benefits entirely for free by pressing the Skip the Month button between the 1st and 5th of the month. Only if you don't skip, the £54.99 is withdrawn and placed into your Fabletics account, and you can use it to purchase something for up to £80. This way you receive more value in 1 member credit, as it can be used to purchase any 2-piece outfit or a single item up to £80.

Het hele team van Fabletics doet dagelijks zijn best, om een uitstekende service aan te bieden. Daarom is het zeer vervelend om te lezen, dat u het anders heeft ervaren.
Op onze website bij de VIP liidmatschap staan ook de voorwaarden aangegeven.
Bij het produkt staat twee verschillende prijsen aangegeven. Indien u een bestelling zonder VIP prijs wilt ontvangen, raden wij u aan om de volgende keer voor normale prijs te kiezen. Op deze manier wordt u geen VIP. Wij willen met uw beoordeling graag zo snel mogelijk aan de slag en achterhalen wat er juist misgelopen is. Helaas, konden we uw Fabletics-account niet vinden omdat er geen referentienummer was. We vragen u daarom om de informatie bij te werken zodat we kunnen u contacteren en een oplossing bieden.
