1 ster is nog te generous! Vier kapotte leggings ontvangen. Service? Welke service? Wachten voor zes weken tot ze überhaupt reageren en vervolgens doen ze niks! Ze blijven om foto’s vragen die ik al drie keer heb opgestuurd. Ik had voor twee accounts een VIP abonnement, gecanceld voor er afgeschreven zou worden, maar ze hebben toch geld afgeschreven bij mijn Paypal. Abonnementen zijn opgezegd maar mijn geld terug? Dat doen ze niet zolang er een dispute is bij Paypal. Maar als je die kwestie sluit, kan je hem niet opnieuw openen. Kost me intussen al 150 euro! Moet allemaal via Paypal terugkomen uiteindelijk, maar wat een drama!! Echt nooooooit iets kopen hier! Slechte kwaliteit en geen enkele service!

Took my money and keep ignoring me.

Took my money and keep ignoring me.

I correctly skipped the month and was still charged. I emailed to confirm this and they said to call or chat with them to secure my refund.

I did this and I still do not have the refund! I then reached out again and they say they have no record of my call and to obtain the refund via chat. I am now on chat and they have said they cannot help me.

Absolute SCAM of a company!

Ordered in the sale and ended up with over £100 scammed off me

Ordered in the sale, no word of a membership. Next thing you know they’ve got just over £100 off me for a “vip membership”, if you want it back you have to ring up, not good for people with anxiety. When I emailed them threatening them with legal action they sent me a code to sign up a friend. Evil and scamming. Still haven’t got my money back. Disgusting. Products aren’t even worth it

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM!!!!!

I ordered a pair of leggings and a top in October from fabletics, the order came fine, until I was charged £54.99 in November and December for a 'VIP' membership which I did not sign up for!!!! I have reported this as fraud and had my card blocked. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. So it seems that as soon as you order something from fabletics, you are automatically signed up to a rolling membership of £54.99 a month. How disgusting, no disclosure and not open or transparent at all. SCAM!!!

Warning do not use this company
Warning. My 19 year old daughter who has just started work bought her mum a present from this company. The present arrived on time and all was good. Until the following month a further £54.99 has been taken from her account. The reason for this is in their email, in very small writing they say that if you don't opt out you are actually signing up to a monthly subscription. This company should be closed down for conning people. I will be taking this to the trading standards on Monday unless my daughter received a full refund. I have a call with them in 1 hour.

This company is sneaky

I was recommended fabletics active wear through my PT and I must say the clothes are lovely quality! So I ordered and STUPIDLY decided to set up a premium account. A simple enough process where they take £54 per month and you can use it for anything up to £80. if you don’t want to have that you can ‘skip’ the month.
I skipped my month and I logged in TWICE to do this to make sure I had done it. The money was STILL taken. I wouldn’t mind if when you contact them they do something about it but they won’t. You are sent stock answers from a customer service team who clearly don’t know what they’re doing and read from a script. It’s so frustrating. I will be cancelling my membership, informing trading standards and also ringing my bank so no further monies can be taken. It’s also NO mistake that they don’t send any email reminders to skip the month.
It’s a shame as it could be a great service. It’s not. And judging from the rest of these reviews I’m not the only one.
If they had refunded me this month that I had skipped I’d have carried on my membership and continue to purchase from them. So short sighted. Don’t get a membership ….. run!

SCAM.

They trick you into signing up for a VIP membership, then secretly charge you £55 a month! I only found out as I luckily checked my bank account. They’ve taken £110 from me for nothing! Avoid at all costs!!

When you order something from Fabletics, you can choose to pay the VIP price or the Guest price. There are a few conditions attached to the VIP membership. The idea is that you go to your showroom between the first and the fifth of the month and that you then buy something or if you do not want to buy anything, you 'skip' the month by pressing the 'skip month' button. If you do not do this, an amount of € 54.95 will automatically be debited. This amount is converted into a VIP credit and you can use it to order an item worth € 54.95.
You are not obliged to order something every month, we understand very well that you do not want or cannot order something every month. That is why you can press the 'skip month' button.
We would like to get started with your review as soon as possible and find out what exactly went wrong. Unfortunately, we could not find your account because there was no reference number. We therefore ask you to update the
information so that we can contact you and provide a solution.

Steer Clear! Scam!

I bought 2 pairs of leggings. Returned them when they didn't fit. I received a refund. One month later I was charged a "membership fee" of £54. I tried calling them but the wait time was almost two hours with more than 30 people waiting.
I expect the people waiting also had money taken from their accounts without authorisation. Don't buy anything that's the best way to be safe.

Offer a solution? Seriously? I have been fighting you tooth and nail for a refund. I will not give you my personal information ever again. Worst decision I ever made. Don't use this company!

The leggings I got are faulty. Looked like a quality material at first but now that I wore it, I realised some of the threads are not secured enough and are coming off.

VIP membership money scam theft

Terrible experience- trick into signing up for VIP membership. For 10 months fabletics have been taking £54.99 out of my account.

I rang them up to cancel my account and again to demand a refund, as it gets revealed after researching online, that many many people have experienced the same issue. All I was offered was £549 of credit on my account to spend as I like- which is obviously useless. It's criminal

When our VIP customers don't Skip, we are converting fee to Member Credits, so that you can use them on the website. even though you get charged £54.99, the value of 1 member credit is £80.00.

Daylight robbery!

Basically, my daughter signed up for their VIP membership because she wanted to buy a pair of leggings, then forgot about it. Almost 2 years later she realised money was still being taken from her account via PayPal. When she contacted Fabletics, they refused to refund all of the "credits" taken from her, refunding only about £700 of the £1,200 taken over the 2 years. So they still owe her about £500. Daylight robbery!

We are trying to make our policy as transparent as possible, and our only goal is to help our members have a high-quality shopping experience and benefit from the program. Our customers always have the choice to check out as either Basic members or VIP members.

Our VIP members can keep their benefits entirely for free by pressing the Skip the Month button between the 1st and 5th of the month. Fraudulent

Fraudulent - Very sneakily set you up on a subscription service of £54.99 a month without authorisation or notifying you. They make the T&C's very specific and purposely hide them to steal your money. Definitely avoid.

Scammers

Don’t know what to do they have been taking money out of my account since covid I only bought 2 pairs of leggins didn’t realise it was a membership. Tried cancelling through the bank thought it was sorted months ago but they’ve continued to take money out every month. Stressed to the hilt now they’ve taken £1000 off me. So cross can you report to the police?

Absolute scam

Absolute scam , bought 2 pairs of leggins and was entered in to a £54.99 a month direct debit , realised after 3 payments were taken . Tried to use 'credits' to buy items as money already taken. Brought items I had technically paid for and cancelled member ship then they cancelled all items I tried to get on my member ship credit . So I lost over £150 for nothing . So angry and upset as this is a huge sum of money for me . Avoid at all costs , literally !

Only if you do not do that, the amount of 54.99 GBP is transferred to your Fabletics account, and you can use them to buy something. You can skip as many months as you want. There is also always the option to checkout as a regular customer.

When you choose a VIP price, you are informed about how the membership works both before and after confirming the order. You also receive a confirmation email after your first purchase that provides you with additional information about the VIP membership. In addition, you get a pamphlet with your order in the package that contains information about the membership.

Similar to other reviews I was not…

Similar to other reviews I was not aware I was taking out a membership. Just wanted to buy 2 pair of leggings!! Was shocked to see payment come out my account this month. I then looked more closely at the order confirmation to find I had entered into their VIP membership. Horrified. Not at all clear when shopping. On the plus side when I called the girl I spoke with cancelled my membership, refunded my payment within the hour and offered a reduction of 70% off a purchase without membership. She couldn't have been more helpful. Had panicked thinking I'd be tied in. While their staff are clearly very helpful feel they do need to make it absolutely clear what they're about.

This way you receive more value in 1 member credit, as it can be used to purchase any 2-piece outfit or a single item up to £80.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Do not buy anything from this company. They use your bank like it is their own afterwards, just taking money out of it when they like, and give you 'credits' to spend at their store. None of this is made aware to you when you sign up.

Worst business practice I have ever know. I fullly intend on getting my money back, even if I have to use my bank to charge it back to them. Shop elsewhere, you have been warned.

Edit - I have seen your reply trying to justify it. If it is such a great deal why are you so sneaky applying it? You only have to read the reviews here to see what a terrible reputation you have. Awful scam that nobody wants to be a part of. Shady company. Stay away.

Het hele team van Fabletics doet dagelijks zijn best, om een uitstekende service aan te bieden. Daarom is het zeer vervelend om te lezen, dat u het anders heeft ervaren.
Op onze website bij de VIP liidmatschap staan ook de voorwaarden aangegeven.
Bij het produkt staat twee verschillende prijsen aangegeven. Indien u een bestelling zonder VIP prijs wilt ontvangen, raden wij u aan om de volgende keer voor normale prijs te kiezen. Op deze manier wordt u geen VIP. Wij willen met uw beoordeling graag zo snel mogelijk aan de slag en achterhalen wat er juist misgelopen is. Helaas, konden we uw Fabletics-account niet vinden omdat er geen referentienummer was. We vragen u daarom om de informatie bij te werken zodat we kunnen u contacteren en een oplossing bieden.
