I paid with Apple Pay for two sales items I did not sign up to a membership and I would not shop here. I bought two presents at Christmas for women. There was no clear indication that I had to sign up for the sale price. Absolute criminal £59.99 a month ? For what for “savings” are you crazy. How’s that saving

Sneaky hidden VIP charges

Sneaky hidden VIP charges, you think you are paying one discounted price for two pairs of shorts at £10 each, but hidden away in the terms you are agreeing to pay £59 a month for VIP!
Its just a total scam, where although they do state that the £59 will be charged they try to hide it as much as they can get away with. I'm sure a lot of people would get caught out paying a lot more than they first thought.

Fabletics is a SCAM

Fabletics’ business model feels deliberately deceptive. I was charged £60 unnecessarily, and once they have your money, cancelling is made intentionally difficult.

The “VIP membership” is not clearly explained, and charges are applied even when you do not actively place an order. This is not a transparent subscription — it is a subscription trap. The cancellation process is frustrating, time-consuming, and clearly designed to discourage customers from leaving.

Customer service is unhelpful and does nothing to resolve the issue or offer a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they rely on fine print and confusing policies to justify taking your money.

This is not how a reputable brand should operate. I strongly advise others to stay away unless you are prepared for unexpected charges and a nightmare cancellation process. I will not be using Fabletics again.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Support staff mislead you and they flat out refuse to acknowledge this. Quality of the leggings is terrible they are see through and after 1 wash they went all bobbly. AVOID

Such a scam

Such a scam. Two times I skipped my membership and it still charged me. I returned an order and they did not refund the full amount. They told me it takes time to show on my credit card. It's been three weeks and now they want to give me store credit for less than the amount of the refund. No transparency at all. Customer service are foreigners who don't seem to care. I've wasted so much time trying to communicate with them to get a simple refund.

No form of contact at all, chat never answers, phone line is fake. I've cancelled 3 times now and they have still taken money from my account which is now being disputed with my bank. Avoid completely .

Predatory pricing and subscription models

The main business model at Fabletics is tricking consumers into extras charges. I saw an item in their window with a big, clear "$35" price tag on it. Only to learn from a fine print placard at the checkout that there was a $3.95 tariff surcharge per item--which should have been on the price tag. Further, the $35 price was for members only, so I'd have to sign up and get charged a $67 monthly membership fee. $67/month?!?!

My plan was to purchase two of the "$35" items. Without membership, the price for the two items was like $116, rather than the $70 that the price tag indicated.

And now on here I see others having similar experiences across the entire experience.

Who would do this ethically (Kate Hudson?). And is it even legal?

Not easy to cancel!!!

I have bought from Fabletics a couple times now and I think they are quite good in terms of quality, though the sizes seem a bit off and too big. However, I was cancelling my membership via the online chat and OH MY GOD they do NOT make it easy. I told them straight up that I wanted to cancel, and they kept spewing out reasons for me not to cancel, even after I told them plain and simple "Cancel it". This left me very frustrated. I will not be purchasing from Fabletics again.

Secretly charged £60 a month!

Charged a reoccurring membership with no benefit.

I just made a purchase and must have ticked a kittle box or something, bexause they have charged me £60 for months, on my credot card where its harder to spot. And signing onto their website, its very bery difficult to switch the membership off.

Absolute rip off. Disgraceful.

Worst experience ever had , they are so rude and tbh the material they used for clothing are so bad for the skin, it’s 💯 plastic for people will read this review to understand why I come here and write this experience I had to make u all understand how they working and not only them they are lots of others websites brands they do the same , first they come up with a offer wich in this days are hard to refuse it it’s all manipulation marketing business strategies to rob people money and keep people poor , even now if you look on them website on first page it’s showing you only the offer something like 2 leggings 12£/$/€ depend of the country u bought , then after u buy them you are very happy then the next month you wake up with your account money disappear minimum 80£ then they will tell u some story about your subscription with them to buy everything cheep from them website 😆 tbh my opinion it’s not even deserve to be on marketplace this kind of and think how much money they take from millions people around the world.. and no body do anything to them … they don’t pay even taxes .. this it’s other strategy anyway hope anyone to stay smart and healthy…

I bought my wife a pair of leggings in September and rang a week later to make sure that I wasn't signed up to there v.i.p service as many other people had been and had warned me about to be told by the agent that I was not signed up and not to worry. Sure enough roll on Oct 8th and £59.99 is taken out of my account, I rang and spoke to another agent who managed to organise a refund to my account and I requested to have my account complete cancelled which he assured me he had done. Last night another £59.99 taken out of my account and an email less than five minutes later to say my account has been officially closed and cancelled. Totally unacceptable and disgusting behavior

We didn’t sign up for their VIP membership, yet they deducted the money fee automatically from the credit card.
No way to cancel this membership either. No response on Instagram

Also, the quality is really bad.

Great Products, Terrible Subscription Model

I've made multiple Fabletics orders over the past year and a half, and all of the products I have bought have been fantastic. The materials are good, and if you know what you're doing, the prices are great too!

The whole way the subscription works is kind of stupid. But I've found that the best thing to do, is create a new account every time you order to get the good "discounts". But make sure you cancel the account once your order is delivered so you don't get charged their stupid $60/month VIP subscription fee! Which might I add is not the easiest thing to cancel. And they usually refund you if you forget to cancel.

I think if you're good with the hassle of the subscription, their clothing is great, and I highly recommend them. At this point more than half my wardrobe is Fabletics gear, and I can't complain.
