Syed is an absolutely fantastic instructor who really pushed me to pass. He is patient and kind, and really helps you to understand what you’re doing wrong and how to correct it. Amin is a great instructor
Amin is a great instructor. He gives a very good breakdown of the driving process and explains how and why to do things as well correcting your mistakes without judgement. He has a lot of patience, which is exactly what you need if your a bit nervous or new to driving.

Passed first time after not driving for…
Passed first time after not driving for 2 years, only had 4/5 lessons since being in London! If your in East London region I highly recommend Affan, never driven in London before, made me feel super comfortable and ensured that I understood how to drive safely to a good standard.

Scammers. They will do their best to keep your money regardless of your experience with their driving instructors. Extremely unprofessional and low quality driving instructors. Will result in you having to initiate a chargeback through your bank.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this driving lesson company.
My driving test is booked for 6th March, and I do not have any other free days before the exam. I booked a lesson on 1st March specifically for essential pre-test practice.
The first instructor rescheduled my confirmed lesson to next month without informing or consulting me. I only found out after checking and contacting him myself. A lesson next month is completely useless when my test is only five days away.
Because of this, I urgently booked another instructor from the same company for the same day in the evening and paid more due to the short notice. I also chose instructors carefully based on their car model, as my main instructor will take me to the test in the same type of car. Practising in the same vehicle before the exam is very important for confidence and familiarity.
To avoid further issues, I called the second instructor in the morning to confirm the booking. He told me he didn’t even know about my lesson and had not checked the portal. He then said he wanted to reschedule it to next week because he had other work commitments that day. My test is on 6th March, so next week would be too late.
He also said he couldn’t cancel the lesson himself and that I needed to contact the company. As a learner driver without my own car, and not legally allowed to drive alone in the UK, this booking was my final opportunity to practise before my test.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor coordination, and unprofessional handling of confirmed bookings caused unnecessary stress right before an important exam. Based on my experience, I cannot say the service is reliable.

We can confirm that your case has since been reviewed and a full refund was processed on March 2. We’re also following up internally to address the breakdown in communication and ensure better coordination with instructors moving forward.

No refunds and not caring much about…
No refunds and not caring much about users experience, I recommend a driving school instead of this app. Customer support is not what they advertise at all. My first instructor didn't tell me what to do while driving and after making a mistake he was yelling and lecturing me for half an hour to reduce his fuel consumption and making me to get more lessons and pay him im cash, I changed my instructor and the second one was trying to charge me £70 more in cash because I wasn't ready for the test, I reported him with evidence and asked for refund, the app support told me there will not be any refund and you habe to go your test with him! Overall I passed the test with a good result and the guy took a picture from me with his car to accredit his services! Very rude and unprofessional. Don't use this app, your money and time will be wasted; otherwise you'll be through lots of stress with bad instructors and bad support.

Great driving instructor
Alaa is a really good teacher - calm, thorough and detailed. I can be nervous on the roads, but he is reassuring and helps me feel confident whilst driving. He paces his lessons well - ensuring to reinforce existing skills whilst teaching new ones. Plus, he sends a useful summary of what we did after the end of each lesson which is helpful to review throughout the week. I would highly recommend learning with Alaa!
