The filters are much needed in my area due to problems with TCE contamination in our towns water supply. Without these filters my water would not be as clean and pure enough to drink or use for cooking, bathing, laundry, etc.

The system arrived undamaged and appears to be very well built. I hooked it up to the house and there were no leaks on the first try. Also, there was no noticeable change in water pressure. This is a simple and well-designed system. I expect that our quality of life and the longevity of our plumbing will improve now that this is in service.

I have a countertop RO machine. I use the subscription method to receive the filters it uses, I am notified ahead of time when they are to be shipped so I can delay the shipment if the filter change lights haven't come on yet. The machine is easy to use and we use it everyday for drinking and cooking.

I waited several months before the filters were available.

Shipping was quick. The plumber who installed the unit said it’s one of the most well-made units he’s ever installed - very sturdy and easy to assemble.

I ordered two sets of filters for our RO system. The PAC filter was defective. Normally carbon is emitted when you start up with a new PAC. There was no carbon and the flow was restricted. One of the tubing retaining clips on the PAC was missing.
I called support and a replacement was shipped at no charge. That took a week to arrive.

Always good customer service! Products are really well designed as well. I have used their systems for a long time and they are very consistent In quality.

WELL, thank you for finally having a stage one filter for the Model 6 system.

I love the filters but the RO filters did not come with any directions and your video on YouTube was lacking details. For instance, how to remove the hose to the filters once you take the clip off. It took awhile to figure out that I needed to push the white lip down and then pull the hose out. I almost broke it trying to just yank it out.

I got my first stage filter and replaced it within half an hour. The old filter was a little more difficult to loosen so I need to use a pipe wrench. I reset the light and flushed the new filter and my system is running again. Great help and support from Alana again.

I finally received my backup supply of replacement filters. I kept receiving email notices that I should order quickly, but when I tried to order my filters with the UV light kept saying not available. But I now have them and all is well. My TDS meter reads over 650 with city water and only 23 with the RO system. 😊

I ordered filters, they came and I put them on the shelf for the next replacement time.

Love my system otherwise.

Very helpful even though the first order was incorrect

1. I purchased and installed the Stage 1 whole house filtration system. The system does not do the job as described in its web site. The water test still shows a high ppm, near 300.
2. There were so many communications via the email. But, I still did not get a right answer or suggestion about the reason of different performance.
3. The delivery time and sending right product, I would give Express water five stars.
4. Responding to my call and other way of communication even though it did not come to any conclusion, I would give it five stars.
5. But, unfortunately the system is not working as described in its web site.

The filters seem great. Only installed them this week. Water seems fresh and clear. We have to see how long they last.
