I wish I’d ordered a filtration system years ago
The people at Express Water were so helpful in using our water test data to recommend a filtration system. Ordering the system was easy, and delivery was quick.
The filtration stand is very sturdy, and it’s nice to be able to see our water pressure change as it goes through the filters. That will be really helpful in knowing when to change them for the first time.
As for the filtration system itself, I wish we’d done this years ago. Our town’s water supply has been declining over the past decade, and we finally got fed up with having brown water.
Two days after we had the system installed (the plumbers found it easy to install), the town sent another influx of cruddy brown water, but our water quality at the tap was wonderful. The carbon filtration allowed us to get rid of the countertop Brita system we’d been using (with much better taste than the Brita could deliver). The heavy metal filter wasn’t described as removing Ca or Mg, but our water feels less hard than it was before.

When the guy came out to service the waterer. He didn't notify anyone of anything really. He did not change the filters and I thought they needed changed at least once a year. I would like to see a report of anything he saw that needed to be taken care of.

The employee on the phone was very knowable but after being on the phone for 10 minutes, I purchased the filter I was told I needed but they sent me the wrong color filter so my water still smells and it's undrinkable after spending over a hundred dollars for one filter. Not happy. 8/22/25

I haven’t received it. It has been reordered for me which I appreciate. The order got lost after arriving in Irving Texas shipped from Dallas. It did not make it to New Mexico. Order placed on August 15th and again on September 2nd.

Great Water and Great Service
We've used Express Water for years. We used them in settings that were more challenging for permanent installation. Now that we own our home, we are excited to upgrade. A little plumbing knowledge and in an afternoon, we had a new setup! Highly recommended for keeping costs down and getting a high-quality end product in my drinking water.
