I have not opened my new cartridge refills but am impressed with ordering process simplicity. I was given more than enough opportunity to canel my scheduled annual refill order, which I then decided to reinstate.

I bought several items within a few days. One of the items never shipped. I contacted the company, their virtual assistant didn’t help much and I still don’t have the unshipped item.

Love the whole house filter setup on our well water. No issues at all

I live in Canada. I had to order these rubber o-rings to be delivered to an address in the USA. I had to make a special trip from Canada to the USA to pick them up. I was told that you do not sell these O-rings on Amazon Canada but this is where I bought my express water complete unit. I was also told that you do not ship to Canada because of the high tariffs and the then there would be a Canadian fee when they crossed the border. If you sell your water system in Canada then you should sell the parts for servicing. I was not happy with your companies shipping policies.

Ordering was easy and the filters arrived quickly in well packaged boxes. I ordered the three filter “Ultimate” whole house system and due to our local water systems age and ongoing issues, an additional single sediment pre filter. The mounting brackets on the three filter rack and the single filter were about ⅜” different from back plate to centerline of the inlet / outlet pipes. No big deal as I was able to place washers between the mount and the exterior wall surface, but it would be nice if the mounting brackets were the same. The system has been working for almost two weeks now and we are very happy with the results.

The tank stand came broken. Every single seal was improperly put on. We had to remove everything, retape and tighten. EVERYSINGLE ONE! Each was leaking. Lazy work on assembly. Lazy work on shipping. Would never buy from this company again.

I waited over a year and a 1/2 from my automatic order renewal. And then finally gave up and just made a new order. Hopefully, you'll be able to honor your commitment to your customers Order from this point on. The product itself is good, and I do like using it.

I had to pay almost $20 to return a faucet. I suggest you shop at companies that offer free shipping returns.

We live in an area where the water quality is poor. Our express water has eliminated the high levels of contamination and given us clean quality water.

As always packaged well, however shipping was very lengthy this time.

From reason of my leaking problems to deciding the proper parts and to parts changing, one same supporting person(Anthony, P) assisted me. I was not cofident enough first due to no expierance before. However, trusted his help and actually i did it succesfully.
