Do not subscribe to automatic delivery
The company shipped me filters that I did not order. They insist I was on a yearly subscription which I canceled what they say. I didn’t when I requested to return the items they told me I had to pay. I finally was able to get someone to agree to send me a label that was 10 days ago. I called today to get the label and they told me I have to pay for the shipping shipping even though I never ordered it, but they’re stating that I did which I didn’t.

High quality construction
As someone with experience with copper plumbing, this was relatively easy to install, took me about 4 hours overall. The system is made from high quality components and I expect it to last for many years with proper maintenance.

You raised the prices without letting me know. I signed up for the subscription thinking that I would be getting that price continually.
I could have purchased the future five years at the lower price instead of having you raise the price every year. I’m not a happy camper.

After weeks 2/21/2026 of research.( I’m a tough customer !!!)We bought the 3 stage ultimate whole house water filter system My only regret was not buying this system sooner! The system arrived early and no damage! Seen a difference immediately upon my first my first shower and drinking water from my faucet. We had ZERO problems. Easy install major water quality immediately! Excellent system.
