Top level customer service.

I had to return an item from the Melanie Martinez collection. After reading the WMOS returns policy, I waited the allotted 28 days to chase.

Once I did, their customer service agent Heather was brilliant! She arranged for the order refund to be sorted and also gave instructions on how to get a refund for the return postage. All sorted and back in my account within 2 days.

My order has been processed in a timely manner and i receive dispatch information right after together with tracking link.

The issue was handled promptly, and the team processed my refund quickly. I appreciate the support.

6 MONTHS OF LEGAL BREACHES AND ADMITTED DECEPTION (Order #113300000074208SF_EU)

I am writing this to expose the systematic malpractice and gross negligence of Warner Music UK. My order (#113300000074208SF_EU) has been pending for 6 MONTHS, but the delay is the least of the problems.
> * ADMITTED FRAUD: Warner staff admitted in writing to providing FRAUDULENT tracking numbers to mislead me about the status of my shipment. This is a clear case of consumer deception.
> * BREACH OF CONTRACT: They have failed to deliver the goods or provide a valid resolution within the legal timeframe established by Consumer Protection Laws.
> * OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: As soon as I started escalating the case, they BLOCKED my account access to prevent me from seeing my order history and gathering evidence.
> * EXECUTIVE NEGLIGENCE: High-level executives like (AVP) and legal have been informed multiple times and have chosen to remain silent, ignoring their legal responsibilities.
> It is shameful that a company of this size treats @twentyonepilots fans this way. I demand my items (Vinyls) and the promised compensation (VIP access) immediately. I will be taking this evidence to Citizens Advice and formal legal channels in the UK if this is not resolved TODAY.
> STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE."

My experience was great, I received an immediate response and a replacement for the missing order I had. I appreciate it very much!

I wanted to cancel my order, because I accidentially ordered the item twice. I had already payed. I immediately received an answer to my request from a very friendly staff member. There was no problem to cancel. And within minutes I got my money back. Great service and highly recommendable. Greetings from Germany!

Absolutely outstanding service from Fin, Warner Music Customer Service. Issue with ordering a limited product that sold out quickly, but Fin managed to resolve this issue in a top professional and constructive way.

Ho effettuate un acquisto il 1 gennaio e oggi, il 13 gennaio non so nulla sullo stato del mio ordine. In piu nell'arco di queste due settimane ho provato 3 volte a mandargli mail non mi han risposto.

Inexcusable shipping service. Extra was paid for tracked shipping to Ireland . The order was dispatched from The Netherlands & travelled via the UK.....This was totally unnecessary It took 23 days to get the order from the time the order was placed.
