He comprado un disco de música pagando casi 6€ de gastos de envíos para que me fuera entregado en unas 48h...pues van casi 10 días y sin venir, les escribo y me dicen que está en reparto, y no llega nunca. Era un regalo de reyes que me han fastidiado...

I did not receive my item due to no fault of Warner. They quickly refunded me and encouraged me to reorder the item

I wanted to place an order for the Muse Absolution Anniversary pack. My payment wouldn't go through so I sent an email asking for guidance and received a response almost immediately from Heather. I think the issue was with my banking app and it resolved itself quickly and the order went through. I was delighted with the immediate support, especially given that it was the holiday period. Anyway, the package arrived today, bang on time and its that well packaged that I assume it is going to be in perfect nick. Brilliant service all in. I just hope my lad likes his present now!

Have to say fantastic service. Bought early Christmas present back in March. Unfortunately vinyl had an issue and wrote asking to see what could be done. Heather was outstanding answering and resolving the issue really quickly. Thank you so much.

I ordered a record on 9 December. There has been no update, no tracking, and no delivery. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication. I sent two emails and made a phone call with no response. I have requested a refund and have no confidence that will be actioned either. If I do not receive a response when the office reopens after Christmas, I will dispute the charge with my bank.

Les articles textiles stockés en Europe sont envoyés aux USA, mis en "quarantaine" pour être considérés comme américains, puis renvoyés en Europe pour qu'ils soient surtaxés des frais de douane US à l'export. Une commande passée il y a un mois et toujours pas livrée!! Le tracking sur un site indépendant permet de constater ce délai et ce jeu de taxes douanières. Honteux.

Pessima gestione delle consegne, ordine effettuato il 14/12 in data 23/12 ancora devono spedire il prodotto.

Ordered a month ago. No communication despite several emails and phone call. All items were in stock and not pre-orders. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Awful!

I had a very positive experience with Warner Music customer support. After placing an order in Ed’s shop, I had to pay unexpectedly high customs fees. I contacted Warner Music to explain the situation, and Heather kindly took care of my request.

She was incredibly friendly, understanding, and responded very quickly. Within a short time, the customs charges were fully refunded, which I truly appreciated. The whole communication was smooth, professional, and very customer-oriented.

Der Warner Store sagt der ein Mitglied der EU -IOSS stores ist. Man kann dort Waren bis 150€ ohne Versandkosten bestellen um keine Zollgebühren für die EU zahlen zu müssen. Ich habe Musik für 118€ gekauft und soll laut FedEx nun 43,51€ Zoll + 15,53 Servicegebühren zahlen = 59,04€

They have not given any acknowledgement of the my return, or refund which was sent back over 6 weeks ago.
I have tried to contact the store by going into the ‘contact us’ page but the email bounced back.

love it when people care and respond to your e-mails. here, I got the proper customer care from a real person and not a bot. that means the World to me

I placed an order the past September 29th in advance for a Christmas present. The've made an automatic refund, and the package is being returned without my consent. I want that package, but I've been told I have to place a new order. It's now December 2nd so the product is out of stock, but my original package is still on its way to them. I simply request that I receive that one package.

I want my package, no any kind of refund without a previous solution.

I had a problem with some records I purchased that were warped. Warner Music agreed to send replacement copies and saved me the bother of having to return the damaged records to them.
