Unfortunately I ordered the wrong replacement toothbrush heads for my toothbrush. I ordered the pro heads instead of the regular. I only noticed when I tried to replace it. Everything about the order, delivery experience was perfect. Sadly I can’t use them.

Getting used to the Flosser has not…
Getting used to the Flosser has not been as easy as I thought. Maybe it's just me but I find cleaning the back of my lower teeth to be awkward. Otherwise it's a great piece of dental care kit. Delivery was fast.

It can take a little time to get used to flossing around the back lower teeth, especially when you're first starting out. We would recommend beginning with the Gentle mode and then gradually working your way up to the other modes as you become more comfortable using the device and manoeuvring it around your mouth.

sonic electric toothbrush…
Bought a sonic electric toothbrush after reading that it had been recommended by the telegraph. I needed a new toothbrush as my last electric one finally gave up after about 10 years. Although it wasn’t a brand I’d heard of thought I’d give it a try - how wrong I was! Paid over £70 for the toothbrush and it’s only lasted 8 months before the chargers slowly stopped working and the toothbrush isnt even charging anymore. Paid £70 for a glorified manual toothbrush.
UPDATE:
The company did deal with the issue promptly and it hopefully was just an isolated issue with that particular brush so amending my review as was prompt customer service even over a weekend.
UPDATE 2:
The replacement toothbrush had the exact same issue in an even shorter space of time - on attempting to charge it for the first time it didn’t charge. Company seemed very apologetic for this second faulty toothbrush and offered a refund but then never refunded me and have stopped replying. Waste of money. There are better cheaper brands out there.
