Excellent customer care
The best customer care, such a nice company to deal with. I had a problem with the promotion code and personalization but placed my order anyway,contacted spotlight by email and got an instant reply and said they would sort the discount for me. Also this was over the weekend so thanks to Brenda for her reply. I was very grateful as it was my error. I would 100% purchase from this company again. Great offers 👌 and great products.

Poor quality
I was initially impressed with the Spotlight Oral Care Sonic Pro toothbrush, but the reliability has been extremely disappointing.
My original Sonic Pro lasted less than 18 months before failing. I gave the brand another chance and purchased a replacement in May 2026, but this one has problems too. It doesn’t complete the charging cycle properly, and a full charge only lasts around 14 days, which is well below what I expected.
For a premium-priced electric toothbrush, I expected much better durability and battery performance. Having two products fail in such a short period has left me with very little confidence in the brand.
If only Spotlight Oral Care concentrated as much on the quality and reliability of its products as it does on the constant stream of marketing emails, I’m sure it would achieve much higher customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

My water flosser had stopped…
My water flosser had stopped functioning less than 12 months after purchase. I contacted Customer Service and I found the service to be excellent, the issue was discussed and I got a replacement flosser within 2 days - (thank you!) Having received the new flosser - I now realise that the first one never worked properly. ( I never felt it flossed my teeth properly.) The replacement is incredibly effective! I now understand why the water flosser is rated as an excellent product!
