Absolute Facebook scam. Placed an order for a Good Witch Hoodie on the 19th. They claim in was shipped on the 24th. All links they provide crash and the tracking number provided is fake. Obviously scammers from another country. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

They took my money and never sent the item. I emailed asking for a refund, getting an evasive reply each time to which I continued to ask for a refund. They finally said they shipped the item, which I know isn’t true. They were just trying to string me along. I’m disputing this with my bank. You two really should’ve picked a different demographic to con.

Good product for the price- I bought the hats from them. Arrived in several weeks and look as pictured. Not the most high quality product but exactly what I needed.

I wish I'd read these reviews before making a purchase. Ordered months ago, still nothing. Customer service respond to maybe 1 out of 3 emails. Won't give me a refund and keep insisting they will rectify the matter. Very disappointed that a company that claims to be spiritual is so fraudulent.

Do not trust this company! I ordered a bad witch sweater back in early November 2020 and never received it. I contacted support three times asking if it was delayed and when I would receive it and was told that they were sending it out and fixing the situation. Months passed and I contacted again about if I won’t receive the sweater , if I could receive a refund and they had emailed back saying they will fix the situation. It had almost been a year now and I still have no sweater. The customer support was nice and I was polite but I still never received the product I paid for. Im not sure if it’s a scam but I was very dissatisfied.

Facebook Scam. Never got order. They do not reply to emails. Filed a bank claim for refund.

I bought five different herbs along with the monthly subscriptions box way back in March and they never shipped the herbs, so I emailed and emailed again and never got the herbs and then I started asking for a refund because they will give a “stress-free” refund. Well it’s been more than a few months since asking for a refund and going through the BBB and never have gotten a refund for the herbs that they never shipped. They stole from me and now I can’t even get my money back. Never buying from this place again such a waste of time and money.

Poor quality product. You don't even get your money's worth in the boxes. They keep charging after you cancel your subscription and customer service is HORRIBLE. They refuse to accept returns of poor quality products.

5/10 update:
Had to lock my debit card to prevent them from charging me. This is after they confirmed the cancellation of my subscription.

Initial review:
Box quality is poor. They just send it to you in a plastic bag, not even a box. They will NOT let you cancel. They WILL continue charging you even after confirming that they cancelled your subscription. Do not buy their subscription box. You will be disappointed.

I wanted to give this box a try and have been very disappointed. The quality is lacking for the price you pay, and both boxes arrived too late to be useful. There are so many other boxes at this price range that are much better quality. I love supporting women owned indie businesses and really wanted to like this, but it’s not worth $25. I’m giving this 1 star because customer service is horrible. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over a week and just got charged again. You can’t cancel it on your own, you have to write them an email begging them to do it. I’ve already sent 3 emails with zero replies. Don’t waste your money!

Not happy with the subscription box I ordered. Information arrives too late to be useful and products are inferior quality. Worst of all the customer service is non-existent. I have never recieved a reply to any of my inquiries. I was willing to give this company a chance but after 2 worthless boxes I am done. I will be cancelling my subscription.

Completely disappointed. 1) box was shipped inside of bubble mailer, which I consider a huge waste, and pointless because 2) all that was included was a sachet of a salt mixture, a sachet of flowers for a "sweet dream spell," a beeswax candle, two unidentified incense sticks, an unidentified stone the size of a nickel, and 3 printed off sheets of "information" that looked like something I could have printed from Pinterest myself.
I am so disappointed, and felt like they were overwhelmed with orders? I don't know, but I immediately cancelled my sub as soon as I opened the box. As a baby witch, this looked like something I could have put together myself, not something curated for $25. DO NOT BUY.

Excellent quality and customer service. The fabric was amazing on the hat and it came within a few weeks. The layout of the website is easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. I was very happy with the price for the hat and the quality I received. The items seem packed with intent and love and I've enjoyed supporting a good small business with great merch.

UPDATE 3/19/2021: Had my last correspondence with this company today; I finally received the last of my order only to be disappointed again. The Wooden Pentagram Candle Holder ($39.99) looked like something you would find on the $1.00 aisle of Hobby Lobby. No varnish/stain on the wood like was depicted on the website. It felt like it was made out of thin scrap wood someone had laying around. The star that was depicted to be etched into the wood via like a laser burn method was poorly done and looked terrible. Triple Moon Offering Bowl set ($29.00) only received one of three and attempted to get a refund and was asked to send the single bowl back to receive a refund at my cost if it met their refund policy. Company is a joke. Avoid at all cost!!

UPDATE 3/10/2021: I received my first non emotional response from someone with their company that was very understanding and nice and they provided me with a tracking method that had I been provided from the beginning would have reassured me in where my package was (parcelsapp.com) will literally show you all the places your package goes through and where it currently is and who the current courier that has possession of the package. I still have yet to receive my last package but do now know it’s location and that it’s atleast state side. This package that I did not know was an internationally shipped item (personally feel these items should be marked as international shipped item on the order pages/website) went from Belgium/To Luxembourg to China (about 5-6 different cities) before it even made it out of the country as it sat in different areas for days and weeks. Absolutely crazy how many hands had to touch this package.

I purchased from Ethereallywicked because the items they offered were things that I knew my fiancé would love. I spent $130+ on various witchy related items I knew she would love. These were to be Valentine's day and Anniversary surprise presents. I purchased a pair of High-Waisted Moon Pants ($29.99), a Bad Witch Hooded Sweater ($29.97), Natural Moonstone Crystal Necklace ($22.00), Wooden Pentagram Candle Holder ($39.99), Triple Moon Offering Bowl ($29.00).

Little did I realize the journey I was going to be in with purchasing from this company. First, I understand alot of things are/have been delayed due to COVID, Postal delivery situations etc. I completely understand that.

However, Ethereallywicked needs to be much more upfront with their consumers as to how they ACTUALLY run things. At face value, it appears they have all these things in their possession and they are the ones shipping it. FALSE. The products are shipped from various random vendors from around the US and Internationally. Products that are shipping from international vendors should be CLEARLY labeled on the product page that you order from. I would have personally avoided any items coming from overseas especially right now with the delays and frequency of things being lost.

Next, they use a shipping company called "Pitney Bowes" which if you just do a quick Google search you can find out what the general consensus is on their service. Their rating is poor and all the reviews reflect the same experiences no matter where you reside.

At this point, I am thankful to have received all of my state side items (quality of items were subpar), which I didn't expect to receive after the back and forth, rude and curt responses from one of the support staff (never signed with a name, but the attitude is always the same, so I assume its the same person) I have spoken with one of the owners/creators Katie, she has been nice but often providing the same type of responses over and over and promising wanting to make things right if need be, but never really delivering.

At this point, my last package (mind you I expected all the products in this singular order to arrive together, 3 shipped from various places in the US, the order two some random unknown location overseas) Tracking hasn't updated since the 9th of Feb and gives no information of where it is, who currently has it in their possession, when USPS will actually have the package, nothing. I've reached out one last time (FOLLOWUP: I received an extremely rude followup starting off with: "What do you want us to do?" followed by all these other excuses that don't sound believable considering that others have experienced the same things as myself, very unprofessional.)

Long story, short. I would STRONGLY, STRONGLY advise against purchasing or doing business with ethereallywicked.com. I wanted to support independent business as I know businesses that aren't big corporations are suffering right now, but I will gladly give my money to a company that acts like my money means something to them.

Don't trust this company. I ordered a witch hat and a subscription box. Still haven't received my hat. Paid extra for the large box, tools were cheap and generic... I could have gotten the same things for less at my local metaphysical shops. It wasn't personalized, it was poorly executed and had little magical feeling. Wouldn't recommend anyone to this company. Don't waste your time.

As others, hat shipped, nothing else has. No contact, or response from them. Credit card chargeback incoming.

Have had the same experience as most. Ordered hat and necklace, got the hat right away but after 2 months emailed them about the necklace. They said it was on back order and will be shipped in next few days. Another 2 months later and I’m emailing them asking for a refund and haven’t heard back in 2 weeks. Do not order from here.

Ordered two items from them, a hat and a necklace. Hat arrived after a while, the necklace has not arrived and it’s been over two months. There was a delay with it being shipped and then got a notification that it had been shipped.

The item was delivered to international delivery centre for royal
Mail but is now classed missing. It’s worth noting that there is no proof the item was actually sent despite the tracking as it’s sent as part of a large consignment that gets updated automatically.

Several emails to customer services and was told to check with the post office myself, despite being unable to make a claim for a missing parcel as it has to be the sender. I spoke to Royal Mail on Twitter who confirmed it missing - emailed with the claim url for them to submit a claim and a screenshot of the conversation with R.M. However, still have not received a reply and they have deleted Facebook messages. I’ve requested a refund since and still no reply.

The company’s is just run as a drop shipping business meaning they place an order from
China to send to the customer directly and do not hold stock themselves. They use Shopify as a merchant so it’s worth filing a complaint to Shopify. If you also go to Facebook and Instagram report their page and select option for item not received so they can note how frequent this happens in order to ban the page as social media is how they sell the most.

Further to add, if you purchased on a Visa, you can contact your.bank for chargeback in order to get your money back.

Update: They eventually have got back to me after Royal Mail have contacted them in regards to the delivery being routed to the wrong place.

Update 2: So the parcel is definitely lost, whilst we got a notification that it has be routed to the wrong place it never moved from that status and after two weeks Royal
Mail declared it as lost again. I’ve tried to contact for a refund with Twitter conversation from Royal Mail declaring it lost again and confirming it for real and they asked for me to include the “email address” header. Told them it was Twitter they can see the handle and the blue tick and it’s been a few weeks and nothing back. I’ve chased up again begging for a refund because it was October 1st I ordered and it’s now January, missing my partners birthday and Christmas.

I got no response so filed for a chargeback and got a response saying they will have an update for me shortly. No further emails but they contested the chargeback after I got the refund and only supplied the shipping information ignoring the fact that the item was lost in transit (something they are aware of) I had to then make a second case defending my position that the item was not delivered. Still waiting for the final outcome.

This company has no customer service and will fight you tooth and nail to the end so you don’t get a refund. It makes it even more frustrating that the same necklace that never got delivered was under £2 with delivery from China, which is where theirs ship from. I was charged over £25 pound for the necklace and around £6 shipping. The shipping alone is 300% increase in price. Total cost is 1500% markup. They could have refunded just the item cost and the delivery cost would profited them.

In my entire life I have never found a more despicable company and total disrespect for customers. I would avoid. They should be billed for the amount of time I have had to waste chasing this up trying to get a refund.

Avoid like the plague. There is no magic in this company, it’s not a typical small business it’s just a drop shipping company that sends you mass produced stuff from China. The witches hats are actually sold as halloween items on Wish. There is nothing. Authentic about this place it’s commercial exploitation of witchcraft.

Terrible. I only received my hats which gave me a good sign! However I still haven't received my other 2 items and it's been a month! The Facebook group is dictated by them and they delete any negative feedback and they ignore your request. Customer service is basically nonexistent. Dont buy from here, I dont recommend at all unless you want your money to go to waste.
