If I could put no stars, I would. They are not only a scam, they are theives. They decided to put me on a subscription 2 years ago, without my permission. It took months and months for my bank to get them to stop. Now out of the blue they have started again. They are scum of the lowest level. I will be pursuing legal action this time. They shouldn't even have my card details, I have had it changed TWICE since they tried it last. So how do they have my card details? I have contacted my bank again. This time I will not stop until I bury them.

I had a subscription 2 years ago which I cancelled and for some unknown reason they've taken money from me again this month which I did not approve. I asked them to cancel it immediately and to refund me but they won't reply.

Having begged them to cancel my foolish impulse purchase of a subscription (to a site that then went offline) they've now tried to charge my card again, six months later.
These scammers deserve everything they're going to get.

I bought something on this website in 2022, I received nothing and asked for a refund many times without any answer. When I write on Instagram they delate my comment. Do not buy anything on this website!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! I canceled my subscription years ago and suddenly here we are being charged again for Feb and March! I've canceled my subscription! I shouldn't be getting charged! I emailed on Feb 8th, but I've gotten NO CONTACT and got charged again on March 8th! The website's subscription page doesn't do anything, this person is literally just stealing money from people and not giving them the choice to make it stop! SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

They don't answer emails and the change subscription is through developement so you can't cancel anything and they take your money...

After FIGHTING to close my account in November 2021 and not using the site I checked my bank today and saw TWO charges for their witchy VIP monthly subscription. There is no way to cancel aside from e-mail them and apparently they keep your payment information on file still 2+ yrs later

The worst customer service I have ever experience. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for six months. I get no response. Even cancelled my card and got a new one and they somehow got my new card information? Not even sure how that is legal. I have told them if they do not cancel my subscription then I am going to contact my attorney. There is no way to cancel your subscription online yourself. I have to block it through my bank now. I am done playing nice. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I would have done zero stars as I feel they scam people. Do NOT sign up for any monthly subscriptions with this company. There is no way to cancel. You will literally have to contact your bank/credit card company and have them blocked.

I sent messages to their customer service email, sent messages on Facebook and Instagram request them to cancel and stop the $1.00 monthly charge they had been billing me for 6 months. After they tried to charge me for a $16 charge for an order I never placed, I filed a fraud charge with my credit card. I also had the bank/credit card company block this company from my account and had my credit card number changed.

Complete fraud and scam. No orders are received, and they add multiple unwanted subscriptions that they keep charging you for. No customer service - at all. No response on their "contact" address, no response on any social media sites, nothing. I had to report fraud to my CC company and replace the card.

Completely ghost you cancelling a subscription, no response at all and don’t pick up messages / emails at all. Defo a scam and trying my best to cancel the subscription but been impossible taken over two months now and still trying to get money out of my account!

Thieves with no communication skills. Tried for six months to cancel my subscription. No luck with no communication back from them at all. Just kept taking the money with out even giving me anything in this so called subscription. Had to cancel my card today to get it to stop!! I wish upon them all the empathy, kindness & luck they’ve shown me. You know what they say about karma

I can not get customer service to answer me about cancelling my subscription. I tried last month and now this month. As far as I'm concerned they need to issue me a $32 refund because I've asked ahead of time. These people are relentless

Subscribed to them for the $1 monthly subscription, and now it's $16 a month. I've tried and tried and tried to email them and have gotten nothing back. Putting a a block on them through my bank today.

Sadly got a subscription from them that I am now paying on a monthly basis, and they don't answer anywhere. Don't buy from them please!!!

If I could give zero stars to this company, I would. They do not reply to you if you question whether there is a delay or if your order is completely out of stock. I tried several times to contact them with no reply whatsoever. I've also cancelled the order and demanded a refund with no response, cancellation, or refund. After the first time my cancellation was ignored, I tried to cancel AGAIN (the product never shipped still after about 6 weeks), and was ignored again. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, supplying all the emails I sent and lack of correspondence from them, then BOOM! Suddenly, the product was shipped. I finally received the product after waiting 2 1/2 months, but am now worried that if I send it back, I'll lose both the product AND I'll never see my money again. This company is too sneaky and underhanded. It's a terrible situation to be in, and I will never trust this company again. DON'T order from Ethereally Wicked. Period.

For the love of.... SHUT THEM DOWN! They are complete scammers! ZERO response, crap/duplicate items, when they actually do send anything out. The hassle of cancelling through my credit card deserves negative stars, wish that were an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is a fraudulent company that will just steal your money and will not respond to help requests, emails or comments for assistance. Save your sanity and your money and stay away from these disgusting “people”. I genuinely don’t know if there are humans there or if it’s just dumpster bins running Facebook posts

Complete scam of a company. Ordered a hat on Christmas day - they give a coupon after you order saying you have to use it within 20 minutes. I ordered a second hat in another color. 20 minutes later I found the same exact hats on Amazon at a quarter of the price. I went back and requested cancellation of my two orders with them and received the automated email saying they were overwhelmed with orders and would get back to me. Didn't hear from them. Tried emailing directly, tried replying to my order confirmations, finally found their Facebook page and posted there asking for help. No response from any of that. I've filed disputes with my credit card company and I see I am now blocked from posting on their Facebook page. They should be shut down. Total scammers. No wonder their name is e-The-Really Wicked. Because they are.

I give them zero stars. Over a year ago I ordered a hat, it took time but I eventually got it. Dec 2 of 22 I ordered another. I’ve been waiting since. I’ve sent 10 emails demanding a refund and I have not had one response. I’ve tried contacting them in Fb and ig and still, no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
