Zero stars customer service refused to give me a refund. I had accidentally subscribed thinking it was $1 donation to my surprise I got billed for a $16 subscription that I had no intentions of being apart of. I had looked everywhere on how to cancel. It said you could click the cancel button on the account you created, never found one. I had to email them stating this was a mistake and I needed my money back. Even with telling them I’ve had a recent death in my family and I was now short $16 for my bills, they did not care. $16 May not be a lot to some but when you’re out of work due to Covid every penny counts. Here again I wasn’t shown any sympathy because of their “terms of subscription” that I was unaware of. I was then told “blessed be” and sorry for the inconvenience. Which I had replied if they wanted me to be blessed and given an apology for the inconvenience then they should just give me my money back. For this company supposedly being a witchy/occult you’d think they’d be more empathetic and sympathetic but clearly they are not. I will not shop with this company. Larger companies have bent backwards to help a customer or keep a customer but not this company. I’m highly disappointed, stressed, and upset.

I made two separate order. One I returned to the address they provided. I used USPS tracking and provided a photo of the receipt. It’s been more than three weeks and I still have not received a refund. Very shady company. I will never do business with these people again.

Their products info doesnt mention that shipments are only for US. They told me this when I asked about where is my sub box, they said they cancel it for me but didnt do so, asked them to remove my payment info but cant say anything about that yet since I sent it just now.
now I have to figure out how to stop the paiment going through for next one..
And for any of you who probably done same mistake as I did, it sais on their website they dont do refunds ecpecially for subs.. So yea..

Zero if I could! Awful customer service. I asked them via email if I had accidentally ordered 2 subscriptions and I was ignored. I purchased 5 sweaters on October 13th and I only got 4. I have sent about 4 to 6 inquires via email with no response. I threaten to take it to social media and suddenly get 1 response. I STILL have not received my 5th sweater nor have I received any type of compensation for all this. It's been a MONTH. I also asked to be unsubscribed to the subscription I ordered and woke up to a charge this morning. There's no way to cancel the subscription since I don't have an account with them. Would not recommend shopping with Etherally Wicked.

If I could put a zero, I will do! I subscribed for the VIP membership, who was supposed to be about learning witchcraft with a lot of amazing documents... Just got a bunch of pdf, already available on their respectives owner's sites, usually for free... The months after, I got charged a second time, even if I ask for a cancellation but more, they charged me with a Full membership that I NEVER bought... When I ask for cancellation and refund (for a product I never bought AND was not available on their shop) I got no answers for days until I said that I was gonna do a chargeback with my bank. At this Moment, they said it has no refund possible for the VIP membership (even if I was not talking about that but the second charge) and that I could cancel it on my CPanel... Yeah right but It's not possible to cancel the Full membership... 🤦‍♀️ So, I will go with my bank and ask for stopping the charge as I'm not able to cancel this Membership or remove my credit card... Don't buy anything there!

So I placed my order the 1 of October so I can have it for Halloween.
My box still in transit since then. No tracking number for weeks. I reached out to them. They always have different answers. Too much workload/ they changed suppliers/ they had a problem with their emails.

After many emails back and forth filled I kid you not with lies I asked for a refund. They answer was we do not refund if the order is in transit. I threatened them with small claim court and very bad publicity in every way possible they just answered me it's been an hour that they don't ship outside of US the boxes and they canceled my order.

They never talked about a refund. I asked again about my refund since they canceled my order I'm expecting of course a freaking refund. Please open a small court case against them. Don't let them having their way.

If there was a zero rating, I’d give it just that. I ordered the subscription box on October 12th and now it’s November 9th, I got no tracking info for about a week. I have tried contacting them via Instagram and they surprisingly replied so quickly and asked for a tracking info but then they said they haven’t shipped it yet, and I was wondering when it would ship out, I told them I was moving soon and wanted to see if they could get it to me in time as I said I’d pay extra for shipping. No response after that then waited days later, still no tracking info. I contacted again to cancel but they said they don’t cancel orders that were already made, which I believed and right when they said that they said they are shipping out the printing label and sending out and I believed again. 2 weeks went by no tracking info or email or response. Then they completely ignored me. I asked for a tracking info but all they said was “my printer was jammed” and I got confused because I thought they had my order shipped but they kept making excuses about the printer and that they are “only one person and can’t keep up with all the orders” they literally said. After that they ignored every message I sent. I emailed customer service. No response after days went by. My friend was having trouble with her orders too and was reaching out to whoever runs the store for me because they were ignoring me. I got my refund back and they said that they were still making a box for me (which I don’t believe anymore) because they said that the first time. They kept wanting to argue with me instead of saying sorry or something. Then after I got a refund confirmation they blocked me and my friend, what for? We don’t know. Now my friend is left with nothing on her order as they blocked her. Completely disgusting and disrespectful, will not be shopping from again. Scammers and they don’t like negative reviews so they delete them

This company is a drop ship company who acts like they are selling their own products, and completely offensive customer service (if you can get anyone to answer you). I ordered October 16th and have yet to receive my hat. I couldn’t get a response from their gmail, so posted all over their Facebook until they were basically forced to answer (they delete comments on Facebook by the way). They sent me a completely snarky response, just horrible, but I don’t blame them. Why? Because in the response they also said their 4 staff members are working 18 hours a day 7 days a week to answer emails. That’s illegal and immoral! Hire more staff! They are probably being snarky because they need time off to sleep and eat! I would never shop with this company again even if everything had gone right because I don’t support the violation of labor laws. Also EVERYTHING drop ships from China. Not one person who posted got a hat from the USA even though it says it will ship from the warehouse you’re closest to. I’m in the USA and it says they have a USA warehouse. My hat did eventually ship today ( nov 5th) but I haven’t received it yet so can’t comment on quality. Blamed me for ordering in October yet they are still running their 50% off sale even though they already oversold their product and can’t get orders out to customers who’s money they are holding. Their website also STILL states delivery in 7-18 business days even though they know they can’t get orders out on time. Expect nothing but poor business practices.

Unfortunately I cant share any better experince...I place my order on the 25th of August....for a hat and the good witch hoodie...well got a hat but wonder what happened with the rest....many emails..same respond.. some issues and one more week till its shows in the system.......i send the last one yesterday...asking for a refund cause I waited long enough...nothing so far....really sad they still in business....so for everbody do not order from them...i may end up without my order and my $....lesson learned 😡😔

DONT’T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered weeks ago, in time for any company to deliver by Halloween, but the items still haven’t shipped (although I have received shipping notifications that haven’t moved in the week since I received it). I have emailed them countless times, but they keep sending me a canned response saying it could take 15 business days. It says to email them back with any additional questions, but if you email them back, you get the same email from them. I’m getting ready to dispute the charge with my bank. I also tried reaching out on their socials and was ignored. Honestly I just don’t think their operation can handle the demand because they advertise CONSTANTLY on social media. I always want a witchy company to do well, but this company isn’t even trying. They genuinely do not care about you or your order, so I just want to warn others.

I signed up for the monthly subscription box in August expecting it to be a) monthly and b) different each time, just as any other monthly subscription box. When there was no sign of my first box I emailed them repeatedly. After no sign of it shipping, I cancelled my subscription having just been billed for the next month. Many emails later and them declaring they don’t do refunds, both paid for boxes arrived in November (so I waited 3 months for something that was meant to be monthly). I opened the first box with little expectation and wasn’t surprised to be unimpressed with the contents: a dented metal bowl, a piece of rose quartz and a rose quartz point. However, what left me with disbelief was that the second box had the exact same rubbish as the first box (yes, the second bowl also had a dent). This company is clearly a ripoff and I encourage those who are looking for witchy subscription boxes to look at Muses of Mystery (Australia), Witch Casket (UK), and Apothecary Magicka (New Zealand).

This place is a scam! It took weeks for my order to arrive and they were not apologetic or helpful. They insisted I pay to ship the item back to them. The quality of the item was poor too. Worst buying experience ever!

If I could give zero stars I would. They have ignored me for over a month about my first order of over 100 dollars worth of items. I received one of 6 items I hit shipping info for other items but they were never shipped out. I've requested over and over and over for someone to give me any kind of explanation as to where my stuff is and I'm getting no response at all. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them EVER. I ordered the monthly witch subscription and never received the first one I've already been billed for a second one bit never received the first. So disappointed.

It gets a 1 because I can't leave 0 stars. None of there customer service options are valid as only the email will get a reply. With that being said an email is no good because I asked to cancel an order when they said shipping has been backed up and I would not get my item by the time I needed it. They could have refunded me no issue at that point but they ignored my request and sent it any a week later. They literally only answered 1 email out of 5. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Order a hat for my son’s girlfriend on September 28th. My bank account was immediately debited for it. I received no confirmation or shipping information even though I sent two emails. The hat was a birthday gift so I ordered another one from another company. Very disappointed with the company.

Ordered a hat on september 22nd with the hopes of enjoying it throughout the month of October. Waited 9 days, checked back and the order had not even been processed. Sent an email asking if it's possible to just get a refund as I was worried I would not get to enjoy the hat for the timeframe I was expecting. Finally got an email today, 6 days after the first customer service request was sent that the order was preparing to ship and so a refund could not be made. The same day the order was processed customer service conveniently replies. Also, the hat is shipping from China and is expected 3 days before Halloween. More than a month after the order LOL. So much for enjoying the hat for the month of October. The hat cost me 30$, and I foolishly tipped on the website. As soon as I saw where the hat was shipping from I took a peek on Amazon. Exact same hat for a third of the price available in 3 days. I'm super bummed and feel scammed.

Update: Hat arrived before estimated shipping date. Updated to 2 stars. Other issues mentioned above still make the purchase a regrettable one.

Absolutely, don't waste your money. They are sweatshirts, not sweaters. Mostly polyester. I ordered XL. It's huge on some parts, small on shoulders but ridiculous long on the arms. I never got a delivery date, even when I emailed. The only reason I gave it two stars is because when I emailed customer service, they were responsive and sent along a tracking link but again, never a delivery date. If the SWEATSHIRT was stated as it actually is and priced how it should be, it would be cute..... but again, don't waste your money on this product. You'll probably be disappointed.

I bought something from them a year ago and it arrived quickly and was awesome, so I wasn't worried to purchase from them again. But this time but this time I took advantage of their big sale and made 2 orders for 3 different items several weeks ago. I have received nothing so far. I have received tracking number for one order but the links in the email for tracking it do not work when I go round that to the tracking company and manually put in the number it has no record of it. So I emailed the company and I received a generic email saying they're really busy and orders are being handled as quickly as possible and don't worry about it. My 2nd order I've never even gotten a tracking number, just one simple confirmation email. It's an obvious scam. I should have known better when I saw the 60% off going out of business Ads on Facebook. It's strange because I know this company used to be a real company that actually sold decent products because I purchase from them before. But not anymore. By or beware. It's a scam. Notice that the email address is now just a Gmail account instead of being an Etherallywicked.com email address. Total scam!

I bought 2 hats and they are a joke! They are super small, good to fit a doll! Their quality is extremely poor and the free spellbook I ordered never arrived!
