Una de las mejores decisiones fue operarme con Estevien Clinic, desde el primer momento están pendientes de ti y se amoldan con el idioma para hacerte todo más fácil, tienen un equipo maravilloso , y el doctor cumple con tus expectativas.

Un séjour prolongé parce que le chir a d'abord reculé l'intervention d'un jour, puis jour J: j'opère pas 😭
Finalement avec le mail de ma spécialiste ici en France il a décidé de m'opérer. Je n'avais pas fais toutes ces démarches pour rentrer bredouille et mon compagnon a tout fait pour que je sois opérée.
Du coup obligé de prendre un hôtel supplémentaire et changer les billets d'avion parce qu'il m"a opérée 5j après la date prévue (coûts supplémentaires non prévus) ça c'est pas cool puisqu'au final j'ai été opérée.
Je peux remercier Melissa qui grâce aussi à elle j'ai pu être opérée son dévouement son empathie sa gentillesse son aide à mon égard je ne pourrais dire que du bien cette personne.
Elle donne de bons conseils (lingettes 😉).
Le Dr Okan Morkoç au top mais il est vrai qu'on le voit avant l'intervention et le lendemain mais pas plus.
Les traductrices ça été mais elles sont là aussi pour soutirer de l'argent en plus (il faudrait liposucer là ça coûte tant sans que le chirurgien me voit).
Les infirmières étaient au top, gentilles et le Dr Mohamed très gentil, sympathique.
A l'arrivée on a retrouvé le chauffeur qui nous à mené faire les bilans 🤷‍♀️ prévu de base le lendemain matin, puis on est allé à l'hôtel Windsor, très bel hotel mais Attention, la femme de ménage ne sais pas gênée à me voler 100e dans mon sac que j'ai laissé dans la chambre vu que j'étais dans le hall côté salon. Atrention ne laissez rien on ne peut avoir confiance même dans un 5 étoiles.
En tout cas pour le moment je suis contente de mes interventions et je me languis le définitif.

Estevien Clinic in Istanbul is a great clinic.and the hotelroom and staff were clean, sweet, and well-organized.

The surgery went very well. But like any cosmetic surgery, there is some pain afterward, but it’s definitely bearable.

I had the worst experience of my life at the Estevian Clinic. After ear and eye surgery, I felt extremely mistreated and disrespected. The doctors seem completely incompetent and have no real interest in the patients' needs. It seems as if they only care about the money.
The aftercare was disastrous. There was no support or information regarding the postoperative period, and I felt like no one cared about my problems. Furthermore, some documents were missing, which put me in a very unpleasant situation.
The entire incident evokes an atmosphere of deceit and dishonesty, as much information was withheld from me, and I felt like I was repeatedly given false information. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. If you are considering surgery, please find another facility that cares about its patients. I will definitely never come back.

Bad hair transplant results. Save your money and your donor area.

The doctors,surgeons and planning team at Estuvian clinic in Istanbul are very well organised,openly communicative and the most professional I’ve seen in the city.

Their fairly priced and extended services go above and beyond their professional reach to help individuals in and outside of the hospital are very warm and welcoming

The planning team is very efficient,quick and super flexible to work around your needs and schedule, meaning if you need to be in and out of operation with
In 7 days and back to your country they can do that, if you want extra medical assistance or a massive discount, they can do that too.

Overall I recommend everyone take the hotel package with their operations and consider entrusting your health to the team at Estuvian clinic and make sure to ask for extra morphine after operations.

Overall I give them 5 stars for every category.

J ai déposer des avis pour expliquer mon état grave dans laquelle je suis rentré en France , cette clinique se permet de me menacé sur whatsapp, de me traiter de menteuse malgré tout mon dossier médical ainsi que dans l état de mon corps et mon état psychologique. Je tiens à préciser que tout mes avis sont en mesure d être prouvé et que vous pouvez toujours me menacé je ne suis plus séquestrer en Turquie et vous pouvez toujours écrire des mensonges à mon sujet je ferais tout mon possible pour que plus personnes subissent l enfer que vous m avez fait vivre .
Vous devriez êtres condamné car votre chirurgien n à aucune formation pour se genre d opération et vous n êtes que de vulgaire escroc près à mettre la vie en danger des patients pour l argent.
Je ferai tout mon possible pour que vous ne facier plus vivre cette enfer à une autre personne.
Fuyez cette boucherie car au pire des cas ils vous massacrent ou vous y laisserai votre vie

I had surgery – a BBL and liposuction – with Dr. Okan. The clinic was clean, organized, and the staff were very kind and professional. I stayed 2 days at the hospital and 5 nights in a 5-star hotel. All medical check-ups and airport transfers were included, which made the process more comfortable.

They delivered what was promised, and I can say I’m satisfied with the clinic and the overall service. I would recommend the clinic and the surgeon based on my experience.

That said, there are a few things I believe could be improved. I only saw the surgeon on the day of the operation and during the final check-up before traveling back home. I think more surgeon-patient interaction would be reassuring.

I had been fasting since midnight on Tuesday, but my surgery wasn’t until 21hs. A clearer schedule would have been very helpful.

Finally, my personal experience right after the surgery was quite intense. I woke up in the operating room feeling like I was dying – it was truly terrifying. Then again, I woke up during transfer to my private room, and my whole body was shaking uncontrollably. These 2 moments were very shocking for me, and while they may not happen to everyone, they left a strong impression.

I was grateful to have chosen Estevien and Doctor Okan for my surgery. For some reason I initially was unable to make contact with someone and chose a different clinic and when I got to Turkey and saw the place I almost had a heart attack I had to make every effort possible to redirect my surgery to Dr Okan.
The clinic is truly amazing. I was absolutely impressed with all the pre and post operation procedures.
My adviser Kerem and Gabriela were amazing and vey helpful and quick with every need that surfaced and post operation was incredible.
The staff at the clinic is incredible. They literally came in every 30 minutes to check all vitals, my state beating a rhinoplasty that you can say it’s a simple procedure compared to other more complex surgery’s they are used to perform.

They make every effort to to inform you of everything you can do to recoup as quickly and safely as possible

They follow every step of the protocol and my post op Doctor Ashmed was or is great!! Such a great gift to be able to contact him with any small question and get an answer within minutes. Very professional and caring.

This is definitely within the top 5 clinics in Istanbul. I definitely recommend.

The hotel is great, a true five star hotel with standards you can relate to, well located and the clinic as well. This was importante to me.

I loved Istanbul so much that I am going to back in a couple of months for more tourism. When I told Dr Ashmed he was thrilled that he would be able to do an in person control after the surgery.

Je me permets de vous adresser ce message afin d’exprimer ma profonde insatisfaction quant à l’expérience particulièrement décevante et préoccupante que j’ai vécue dans le cadre de mon séjour médical organisé avec votre structure.

Lors de mes échanges préalables avec Monsieur Rédha, un certain nombre d’informations m’ont été communiquées concernant l’organisation, les lieux, les prestations et les interventions prévues. Or, une fois arrivée sur place, j’ai constaté de nombreuses incohérences et manquements graves :
• Les adresses de la clinique et de l’hôtel qui m’ont été fournies étaient erronées, ce qui a provoqué une désorientation et un stress considérable dès mon arrivée.
• Tout au long du séjour, j’ai été confrontée à des demandes constantes de pourboires, aussi bien à l’hôpital qu’à l’hôtel, ce qui est totalement inadmissible dans un cadre médical censé être encadré et professionnel.
• Aucun traducteur n’était mis à disposition, rendant la communication avec les équipes sur place extrêmement difficile, voire impossible dans certaines situations. Le traducteur était présent que quelques fois.
• L’intervention chirurgicale sur les bras, prévue et convenue en amont, n’a pas été réalisée sans qu’aucune explication claire ne me soit fournie. Un remboursement de 300 € m’a été proposé sans aucun détail ou justification sur le calcul de ce montant.
• Concernant l’intervention prévue sur les mollets, celle-ci n’a pas été effectuée non plus, et à ce jour, je n’ai reçu ni remboursement ni explication.
• Enfin, le suivi médical post-opératoire a été pratiquement inexistant. Je me suis retrouvée livrée à moi-même, sans réel accompagnement ni prise en charge adaptée.
Je suis profondément choquée par cette gestion désastreuse, tant sur le plan humain que médical. Je considère avoir été trompée et mise en danger, et je suis dans l’incompréhension la plus totale face à tant d’irresponsabilité.
En conséquence, je me réserve le droit de transmettre l’ensemble de ces éléments aux autorités compétentes, y compris à l’ambassade de Turquie, afin de signaler cette situation et d’envisager d’éventuelles suites.

I underwent liposuction in 4 areas, an abdominoplasty, and a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift).
The whole experience was a powerful one for me, in the sense that it had a strong emotional impact on me because, I must admit, I didn’t inform myself enough about what the recovery and post-operative period would involve. I was more focused on the result I would achieve and ignored all other aspects related to everything this surgery entails.
Strengths related to the surgery, hospitalization, and post-operative check-ups:

1.The exemplary cleanliness of both the hospital and the Estevien clinic, as well as the outstanding professionalism of the entire medical staff.

2.Dr. Mohamed’s empathy, shown during each of the five post-operative check-ups, and the care with which he addressed every complication that arose during my recovery. After the surgery, I required a blood transfusion due to significant blood loss, and later on, a hematoma developed. Dr. Mohamed, together with the medical team at the Estevien clinic, handled both situations with professionalism. Moreover, based on Dr. Mohamed’s recommendation during the final post-operative check-up, I was admitted for one day in order to receive the necessary transfusion and to have the hematoma completely treated.
Weak points worth mentioning:

1.The medical staff does not have a strong command of the English language, which makes communication quite difficult when the translator is not present.

2.The communication of pre-operative preparation information is also a downside. Specifically, the clinic representative did not provide me with all the necessary health-related instructions before the surgery (for example, I only found out one day before the procedure that I should have quit smoking at least two weeks prior to the operation).

3.Additionally, the information regarding my behavior in the immediate period following the surgery was only provided to me verbally, on the day of the operation (such as the need to wear compression socks, the fact that I would have to walk slightly bent forward for the next 14 days post-op, and that I would have drainage tubes for three days after the surgery). Personally, I believe it would have been much more helpful to receive all this information before coming in for the procedure. However, I can’t place the blame entirely on them, as I also didn’t ask enough questions to get a full picture of what I was about to experience.

4.One issue I truly cannot overlook is the fact that I had to insist quite a lot in order to receive the official medical report and the results of the tests that were performed. Either the documents were incomplete, or they were only handed over after repeated follow-ups. Not to mention that all these documents were issued in Turkish, and when I asked for a copy in English, I was told it was illegal to provide one.
