Sound product but incompatible with Windows Controlled Folder Access
I have used ESET Internet Security for years, and historically it has been very highly rated. At the moment it isn’t the best available, but this could change.
Having renewed, I discovered that it isn’t compatible with Windows Controlled Folder Access. The basic level of protection, which I have had for years, doesn’t offer a substitute for this function. This limits the protection against ransomware attacks.
Also it is difficult to auto renew when (as I did) you want to reduce the number of devices protected.

Nothing--I don't usually respond to computer type questionaires. surely it just keeps running in the background,without me needing to do anything once I've bought it. I learnt to write on a slate with a piece of chalk. Modern techknowledgy is too confusing for me. aaaaggghhh!!!

Disappointing Sales and marketing
I have been with ESET for almost a decade. I recently got a renewal request in the software. I clicked on it and was offered a price for 2 devices over 3 years £91.21 It just occurred to me that I should check what the price would be if i bought elsewhere. I was shocked to learn that ESET's reseller, Blitzhandel24 was selling the same offering at a much more discounted rate, £58.45 So much for being a loyal customer to ESET and what a shock getting an amazing deal from Blitzhandel24 for zero track loyalty. Disappointed with ESET.
Also, let me be clear. The product is great. I have not used anything else frankly. This is about ESET's sales and customer loyalty (or shall we lack of recognition of it).
