Constant harasment with pop ups, i have told them i am not interested but they will not alolow me to uninstall this programe, and i'm constantly boombarded with pop ups. Go away i want nothing to do with you.

my original sub was through Canada
my original sub was through Canada, (no idea why) when I tried to renew on line it showed C$ and would not let me do anything else. So queried by telephone ESET UK who advised my best option to start as new customer and renew UK which I did. However my old ESET kept saying my sub was - later had expired and I had no cover. Confusing - given the world wide nature of the net ESET between countries should be more joined up

I use Windows7 and bought the ESET…
I use Windows7 and bought the ESET product in good faith, it was not until I tried to install it on my computer that I was told it could not be used on windows 7 or 8.
It should be made clear which systems it is compatible with at the time of purchase not after, very disappointing. A refund would be very welcome.
