conflict with OS
After decades of happy use on my PC and laptop, ESET increasingly conflicted with a similar app in the laptop OS. This conflict resulted in the laptop OS never fully switching on. So I'm only keeping eset to run my main PC which has no conflict. Yet!

A superior protection package.
I have used Eset security for a year now and have been delighted with its protection so I had no qualms about renewing for another year. The renewal was easily accomplished and I am more than satisfied with the service I have received. I had used AVG free for many years but found the Eset package and protection to be far superior. AVG are constantly bombarding you with other products or upgrades and are a nightmare when trying to cancel a product no longer required.

Price is always lower online
I am very happy with the performance of ESET but every year I renew it is so expensive.
When I compare online it is so much cheaper than I am quoted.
I always call and get a slightly reduced rate but it doesn't seem fair that very loyal long serving customers are not looked after and pay higher than new customers. It's always quite a bit higher.

ESET is the top antivirus PERIOD!
ESET is the top antivirus and internet security not only for me but for my family too. Upon installation, let ESET run through your machine or phone to detect and clean up any dangerous item that was hidden, waiting for the right opportunity to destroy your life.
