I am absolutely delighted with ESET UK.
I am absolutely delighted with using ESET UK. For many years I had used Norton 360 but to be quite honest I always found with them that there was always another security element they wanted you to buy and it just went on and on. With ESET UK I have not found that as everything I want protected and covered is offered in my package which is realistically priced. I would highly recommend ESET UK to anyone considering a move. I did have a concern when I first used the product as I had opted for VPN to be included. The VPN seemed to stop my access to things I needed access too which was worrying. However I spoke with ESET UK Technical Support who are UK based and they were literally so helpful and informative that I felt totally reassured. I cannot thank the Technical Support Team enough. I will continue to use ESET UK and have removed Norton 360 from our systems.

Good product but pricing system offers better deals for new customers than those offered to existing customers. Why penalise loyalty?

After receiving the response below from ESET, I phoned customer service. I was informed that they could not renew at the price deal available for new customers. I could cancel my existing subscription and take out a new one. Why make existing customers jump through hoops? Why not give them the same deal as new customers?

I have a website that got hacked and infected. Eset (rightly) blacklisted it. I then cleaned up the infection and asked them to unblacklist it. They refused because I don't have an account with them. They wield considerable power but accept no responsibility. Best avoided.
