Escape Campus Anmeldelser

Ticarethane kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

If I had to describe my experience with Escape Campus in one word, it would be: stressful. It's stressful constantly fighting to be respected and not to make a fool of yourself.
It's true that it's not a scam because you do actually complete a course. But do we really have to settle for the bare minimum? Let me give you an example: I waited months for the printed version of my books because they tried to convince me it wasn't my right to have them. In fact, not only the mentor, but also the teachers will tell you that you have to buy them yourself if you don't want only the digital version. But that's not true! Just because they don't tell you they're supposed to provide you also with the printed version, because they don't want to spend money (money you'd already spent to pay for all these services, including the digital and printed versions of the books), doesn't mean you haven't already paid for them too.
As I said before, they don't tell you this, but it might happen that for some reason, the mentor does. When you actually claim them, they say it's their responsibility to only provide you the digital version (or they basically ignore your request as if it never happened). Only God knows how many times I waited for nothing until one day I luckily contacted a classmate of mine who had friends in high places ( basically the contact of one of the managers or whatever). Since then, everything has been more or less smooth (after a full 9 months of tricks, being ghosted, messed around with and lied to) .

I was a student of Escape Campus a few years ago. The reason I'm only writing this review now is that someone else I know also fell into their trap.
First of all, I'll start by saying that they are not capable of handling other people's sensitive data. For example, they asked me for my account credentials (email and password) to "solve" a problem. Later, when the same problem reappeared, they told me they couldn't solve it for me because they would need to have my account password, which wasn't feasible for privacy reasons (note how privacy had gone out the window months ago).
After that, I also noticed other unclear aspects related to their policy, such as having a minor (a 14 years old) as a morning classmate (a time when the student was supposed to be at school and not at home taking private online courses). This is because homeschooling is not legal in my country, except for certain specific exceptions (families traveling, disabilities, natural disasters, etc.). I'll just tell you that even paraplegics, people with Down syndrome, and autism, etc., are required to attend school (state or private) until they are 16; so I don't understand how it was legally feasible for the company to enroll the student in their morning courses.
Furthermore, I have reasons to believe that they accessed (and consequently viewed, without any right to do so) my profile in their app, the lesson recordings, and also my Oxford Bookshelf account. It's no coincidence that, to check a teacher's work (following numerous complaints directed at him), someone viewed recordings of countless lessons (certainly many), indirectly violating my privacy and that of my classmates (something I obviously discovered on my own). After that, somehow, they also knew that I had access to the e-books (without me telling them, otherwise they would never have placed the order for the physical books. In reality, even then they tried to trick me, telling me that I wasn't entitled to them as they weren't included in the enrollment; which was far from the truth).

It was good experience for me. I like the school. My mentor Rumina helps me a lot with everything. Escape campus is the best place to improve your English.

I am very happy with the teachers and the personal, very effective learning and very helpful.

I would definitely refer people to go here to learn as it’s very easy to adapt and learn efficiently

I would like to thank out my mentor Ms Hilal who has been a major factor in me adapting and learning

Bellissima esperienza!

I’m so happy with Erlinda and she is brilliant, she has helped me so much in the past couple of months and im so grateful.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The teaching method of this school really makes a difference in learning English. Super qualified, serious and helpful teachers and mentors. Carlo and Rosanna followed me very carefully and professionally from the very first moment, adapting the courses and study to my needs. I recommend Escape Campus to everyone

The English courses are outstanding, featuring highly skilled teachers and engaging, well-structured lessons. Elisabetta, my mentor, is exceptional, always supportive and attentive, ensuring my learning journey is both smooth and enjoyable. Tina, my teacher, brings great energy and clear explanations to every lesson, making the material engaging and easy to understand.
I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to enhance their English skills with a team of dedicated and professional educators.

When I visited the Escape Campus to get information about English course, I immediately decided to enroll thanks to my mentor Mrs. Hilal's sincere interest and detailed explanations. Throughout my English course, she was always supportive and helpful. I'm truly grateful to Mrs. Hilal for her assistance. The campus teachers and teaching methods were very effective but new foreign language speaking fluently depends on personal effort and lifelong learning. Thanks to the course I can communicate English in daily life.

It has been a great experience and really recommend to others to get started on learning English.
