Australian Broadband
Australian Broadband is so easy to deal with, my biggest call out is that my call is answered by a human within seconds, EVERYTIME. The internet service is great and extremely reliable. My call on this occasion was answered by an agent who apologised for background noise, explaining that he was working from home, this is another big plus for me as it seems like you are treating your workers well and giving them the flexibility to manage their working lives appropriately. Australia broadband is the first company in my life and Im
54yrs old that I haven't found a single fault or weakness within the business they operate.
They are the first and only company Ive dealt with in my life where the services they provide me and my mother with are fantastic. From becoming a member and having an account set up for our internet at home and two mobile phone accounts we have experienced nothing but 100% account management and customer service.
Every department we've dealt with the staff half all been nothing but exceptional on all levels.
Honestly truly such a amazing experience dealing with a big company where everything is so professional, accurate,fast and always with a.smile and nothing is ever a problem for them to give the customer exactly what they are looking for and More!
Australia broadband takes quality and service to a knew level. The complete package of Excellence!!
