Absolute Rubbish
Internet down for 4 days. No return contact after reporting this as NBN advised they had connection to their router. After 8 phones calls & 4.5 hours of innumerable unsuccessful modem resets finally spoke to a supervisor who fixed the problem by simply enabling a feature that was disabled. Every other tech person was aware this was disabled as we talked through all the reset attempts. Will be finding another ISP.

Happy customer
I have been very happy with the service provided with Australia broadband. The customer service is excellent whenever I have called with friendly helpful staff. Reconnection of my internet when moving is always very fast. We are on the basic package for $60 and never have an issue with speed. I have and will recommend Australia broadband to friends and family. Thank you Australia broadband

Because a real person answers the phone…
Because a real person answers the phone on the other end. The person that I speak with understands my problem, knows how to solve it, and can explain how the system works.
When I make a call, I prefer a human to answer and not be stuck with a computer. Very happy with the service I received today.
