Efficient & kind!
The customer service team are quick and efficient. Better than other large entities who don’t necessarily care about you and just want you off the phone. I spoke with Felix who assisted me in troubleshooting my modem within 3 minutes and had a good chat while waiting for the device to work its magic. Super friendly as well!

Genuinely the best.
Great company and assistance is there every day unlike the other suppliers. Though restriction to them means cut off as opposed to slowed down. Other than that they are genuinely the best out there.

Terrible companyThey try to take monthly payments every…
They try to take monthly payments every 2 weeks their internet drops out all the time and they had over charged me over time in 2022 and I was with them almost 2 and half years as I thought they were Aussie broadband.
I finally changed to Aussie broadband.
Australia broadband have said they will give me a default if I don’t pay a bill that was due a month in advance on the 15/4 but they invoice it on the 1/4 and I cancelled on the 2/4
Every 2 weeks they try to insist you have to pay your monthly bill.
They are a nightmare company and do not play by the book
Terrible company
If you check google reviews they all are bad for this company.
I do believe these positive reviews are genuine for Australia anyway

No resolution from Telstra
After 2 months with no resolution from Telstra I got an Australia Broadband Technician who rang me and sorted my issue by explaining that it was my tablet and not an NBN issue. I upgraded the Android version and have had no problem since.
