Good decision to change to Australian Broadband.
Have recently joined Australian Broadband for my internet and mobile service. The entire process has been very smooth with friendly, helpful, available staff assisting. The wait time for calls is minimal and questions are addressed immediately.

Customer service really good
I really feel Australia Broadband is a great company to deal with as I had an issue recently internet issues not always easy and and the customer service person handled it so well we were very impressed. We received help above and beyond to help fix the issue.

Speedy, reliable and reasonable fees
Speedy, trustworthy internet. Have been with Australia broadband for over 4.5 years and haven't experienced any issues. Monthly fees are super reasonable.

Awful, false advertising
Please see product review for true reflection of Australia Broadband. They request you to review “Aussie” not “Australia Broadband”. False advertising about no lock in contracts or cancellation fees and horrendous bully tactics when you question anything. All for a sub standard NBN service
