I have been with this company for around 30 years, the name has changed over the years but the back up service is still impeccable, Maria assisted me on this occasion and her diagnosis of the issue was spot on, she followed up clearly with the new set up and followed up in a timely fashion a few days later to ensure my issue remained resolved, thanks Maria

EscapeNet has been so easy to deal with. Their telephone service has always been quickly answered and staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been with them for many years and won’t go back to the big telcos again.

Fantastic Service
It is worthwhile to let people know how good a job they are doing, I talked to a very charming and delightful girl who was so helpful. nothing was too much trouble for her and what is more, I rang on a Sunday. The problem I had was rectified with no fuss promptly, Escapenet have gained a delighted customer in me.

My mail was not coming through and a lovely lady at EscapeNet spent over an hour helping me. At no time did she stop until the mail jinx was fixed.
Suxh a great experience of good help, rarely given these days by companies supposidly there to help us

I was having trouble changing my password on the 5/4/23 and 6/4/23 I called for help the 2 ladies that helped were also having trouble but were very patient and understanding and between them and myself we eventually sorted the problem out. 10 out of 10 service thanks ladies

Excellent customer service
I had a huge issue with NBN disconnecting my home WiFi. EscapeNet went into bat for me for 2 weeks solid until the issue was finally resolved.
