having outages on multiple occasions and not been notified in an appropriate time has been a major issue with escapenet (previously Australian broadband) would not recommend if you require internet connection to ensure the safety of your children with disabilities.

Escape net are a great company to deal with

This company made my exoerience the best by being curtiois helpful in everything i needed help with and all the areas i asked questions about. Great company would recomend to family and friends .

The staff have been good, the company seems to be trying hard , i like that to be able to see everything.

I have a new connection through escape net. I have found their value to be similar to other providers, however picked them because I can get a mobile phone Sim through them, on the same bill as my NBN, on the Telstra network. So basically Telstra value but without the Telstra price tag.
I have just bought this house and on arrival I found I couldn't just plug my modem in and get internet.
I phoned escape net and they were on the ball. I was given advice which I followed, but there was no luck so they organised for an NBN technician to come out. Long story short, 2 days later I have internet and escape has kept me informed the whole way. Every call to them has been answered quickly and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
This is not the first time I have used escape. I connected to broadband with them years ago and when I moved to a more remote location where there was no broadband they gave me dial-up free of charge. I haven't had an issue with them
