seems ok so far
seems ok, but water pressure is weak and the adjustment doers not seem to do anything. It does not clean as well as a add on cold water one but has many other features.

The way you secure the toilet to the floor really sucks. Also, I can't find an app for the eplo. It would be nice to have an app for the temprature settings and also another way to control the toilet. And after spending $1,000.00 bucks for this "smart" toilet, you'd think they would at least supply the batteries for the remote.

The unit works as advertised
The unit works as advertised. It's quiet and efficient and is still functioning perfectly after a couple of weeks. The automatic raising of the cover is quick enough that it's not a problem even in a hurry.
Some nit-picking - the users' manuals have a couple of typos and awkward sentences. The deodorizer doesn't seem to be doing much. The wash cycle and the dry cycle are more than 2 minutes each and have to be manually stopped for impatient users.
Wouldn't it be even better if there is an additional foot sensor for half flushes? And how about adding in a soap option for the jets, or scents in the deodorizer?
As for the UPS delivery, it was disappointing that the units were just left at the door without ringing the door bell, leaving the customer to have to haul the heavy (80+ lb?) unit into the house.

Shipment is delayed
Shipment is delayed. It was supposed to arrive tomorrow/Tuesday but now it says Friday. My renovation will be delayed because of it.

Really? What a terrific product, the first time I got a bidet shoot water into my butt. I was so happy and excited. This is a wonderful company, you guys. You shipped It right to my house After trying to go through Amazon. I had many problems, but you shipped your right to my house and I'm real happy with the product. The first unit was defective and I had…
The first unit was defective and I had to remove and install the new unit. Sounds simple but this was upstairs on the second level and the unit is heavy!! Eplo did rush the replacement to us.

Amazing purchase
Amazing purchase! After traveling to Japan, we were missing the luxury bathroom experience, so shopped a lot for the features without breaking the bank. Eplo fit the bill! This toilet was easy to install and works perfectly! Everyone loves it!
