Seems to generally be a well built piece of equipment for a fair price. However adjusting water jets and drying air is a puzzle.

I have not installed toilets yet. I was so excited to get these toilets at the best price I have ever seen. I honestly thought it was to good to be true. When they arrived, I was so excited. I have wanted one of these toilets for a long time but they are never in my price range. Then I found them on sale. I have 4 toilets in my townhouse and I bought 4 Eplo toilets around a price that normal non-smart toilets sale for. I am crossing my fingers they all work once I get around to installing all of them. I have installed Eplo toilets for other people and they love them. Its why I have always wanted one. I still cant believe I have them!

Toilet took 2 weeks to arrive, and had broken porcelain once it finally arrived. Several back and forths with customer service, and they offered me compensation since I needed to dispose of the broken toilet on my own. Was really looking forward to the EPLO toilet after seeing so many great reviews. Disappointed that I am not going to get one, but we couldn't wait another 2 weeks and had to order another brand.

I purchased an EPLO smart toilet and after installation we found out that the bidet doesn’t work . After communicating with EPLO who took few days to find out that the bidet is defected , the support agent said that he can send a replacement bidet seat or a new toilet . I have explained my frustration that I will have to pay a plumber to remove the toilet and install a new one or to pay to replace the bidet seat with all connecting pipes and electrical . The support agent asked the manager for a compensation to help with the cost of installation . Unfortunately the manager approved only half of the cost . After I agreed with this option which is not the best option since the smart toilet is still brand new and I don’t have to fix a defected part , EPLO is still sending me emails to see if the site where I bought the toilet is sending any compensation . I am
still waiting to have a fully functioning toilet when I don’t even have to do this . Don’t buy EPLO as their after sale support is useless . I will return this toilet that is already a lot more expensive than other brands who work perfectly . I will buy a different brand and of course pay a plumber again to install it . Never EPLO

We had an accident and damaged a toilet before we start installing it. We renovate homes for customers. We called Eplo and got fast response and beyond expectation customer service!
I can’t talk about the reliability of the product since the product just been installed, but Eplo customer service has been of the highest quality and va very responsive. I have rarely seen service like that.
I would buy their products without any fear. They stand behind their product.

Fantastic toilet. I ordered the iX-7 Pro and it exceeds my expectations. It is a beautiful well made machine that does everything as advertised or better. It was easy to install following EPLO’s well thought out directions. It’s easy to give this toilet 5 stars. The clincher for me to purchase this though was because of the unbelievable support provided by Lee.
I’ve not received this level of support before from any company anywhere. Lee set up a Whatapp video call and was able to show me every function, live. He answered all my questions and even texted me the following morning to request a photo of my water inlet pipe. He was concerned that its location was a problem. He was correct…I cut the pipe 1 inch shorter and it fit like a champ.
Lee has since followed up to check on the toilets function and to provide very useful tips.
If there were 6 stars, Lee would get 6..amazing individual support.

Installed myself, not very hard. Had it for a week so far and all the bells and butt whistles have worked flawlessly.

I purchased this toilet after the tank on my regular toilet started leaking. This was an upgrade from my first toilet seat bidet - a Biobidet Slim Two. The toilet is fantastic - fully automated smart toilet. The heated seat, heated dry functions are really lovely. I also appreciate the auto lift on the toilet seat for both the outer and inner seats. The auto flush function is also nice. Completely sanitary in that you never have to touch anything. The one unfortunate downfall is the strength of the spray pressure on the bidet feature. It allows you four or five different pressure strengths but there isn’t much difference between them and the strongest isn’t very strong - maybe half as intense as the ‘turbo’ option on the Biobidet seat. It’s disappointing, to be honest. The other option would have been to upgrade and pay about $700 more for the Alpha UTX Pearl Bidet.

I purchased two EPLO Smart Toilet Bidet G20 (open back model) recently and I am very satisfied with the unit. I had many questions before making the purchase and the manufacturer responded in a timely matter. The overall quality of this bidet seems very good. It has every bidet functions i can think off. The bidet water pressure is very good. This model's dual flush is good and quite and only require one flex pipe connection ( No need to split the waterline and look cleaner). It also made the bathroom look very modern. I also like the fact that the lid and seat closes automatically even when the auto lid open function is disabled. My wife named it Tesla toilet as you go near it and use it without touching anything except wash button :). I had a minor issue and the manufacturer immediately resolved it. As far as installation, there are 3 things you have to make sure. Toilet drain should be 12 " from back, need a electric outlet, water pipe distance maximum 2.75" distance from wall with a 90 degree elbow pipe connected (need the elbow to deal with bidet connector with filter) if the pipe will be directly behind the bidet. Otherwise you may need to relocate the water pipe to clear the bidet width.

I ordered the Eplo E-16. We love it. The website was easy to navigate and shipping was very quick. Product was very well packaged, installation instructions were easy to understand. Ours came with a remote and, after some trial and error, we were able to get everthing set up how we like. There are alot of features on this toilet and it takes some getting used to, but wec are very satisfied with it.

I was looking for two toilets for two bathrooms renovations and based on the information listed on EPLO website model # EQ7 PRO was out of stock. On reaching out EPLO via email regarding product availability EPLO responded with 24 hrs that EQ7PRO would be not be available to order in Canada and immediately offered another new comparable model at reasonable price and order was placed. EPLO provided order confirmation immediately and provided update with tracking number and date of delivery within 24 hrs as stated on website. Product was received well packed and delivered as per original stated date of delivery on time. Overall, very responsive and great experience. Instal is pending awaiting completion of renovations .. a review of product experience will follow. Thank you EPLO.
