The level of service is shockingly unprofessional. Communication is poor, responses are slow or nonexistent, and they rarely take accountability for their errors. When I reached out for help for late filing problems, instead of helping, they quoted me outrageously high "emergency" fees just to assist with the issues. Also quoted me 1800 euro to close the business. Monthly fee is also very expensive compared to others. You can easily get a top tier accountant in Tallinn for 150e monthly regardless of how mant transactions your company has.

Requested a 2025 annual sheet back in October, as I wanted to start the process of closing my OÜ. It's March they charge me monthly and I am still waiting, uploaded documents are waiting to be reviewed since 2 months!!! The website is good but the service disappointing, feels like they delay my request to continue charging.

The team is extremely unprofessional. In December 2024, I requested to cancel their services. In January 2025, they charged my credit card, I complained, and no one responded. This year, they charged me again, and they still haven't responded. They're scammers.

The experience with setting up the startup, the guidance, the communication, the structure and the speed as well as the process are great and easy to use. The turnaround time is extraordinary

I strongly advise anyone looking for professional accounting services to stay far away from this company. My experience with them, specifically with an accountant named Vlad, has been a complete disaster that resulted in three months of wasted time and immense frustration.

My business involves import and export, which requires a certain level of expertise. For three months, Vlad was unable to answer a single basic question regarding import procedures. Instead of providing solutions, he spent months writing nonsensical inquiries to customs and "consulting" with random people, delivering zero results. It honestly feels like basic arithmetic is his limit; if adding 2+2 is a challenge for him, then a simple multiplication table is clearly "advanced mathematics" beyond his reach.

The final straw was a scheduled call that I had to wait three weeks to get. The slot was booked for a full hour (14:00 to 15:00). Due to being behind the wheel, I joined the call at 14:10. It turned out that Vlad had left the call at 14:08, showing zero flexibility or respect for a client who had waited 21 days to speak with him.

At 14:14, I sent him an email directly, asking him to rejoin since we still had 45 minutes of my booked time remaining. He completely ignored the email. Instead of helping, the technical support team began making excuses and stalling for time, intentionally dragging out the conversation until the hour was up just to "close the case."

Vlad is a grossly incompetent individual who hides from responsibility and lacks the most basic communication skills. It is mind-blowing that a specialist would refuse to use 45 minutes of remaining time to help a client simply because of a 10-minute delay.

There are plenty of other companies on the market that are faster, more professional, and actually value their clients. "enty.io" will only ruin your nerves and stall your business growth. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I'm very happy with Enty. I have been using them to run for my accounts for the last 2 years and I can say that everything is done smoothly and on time. This is a well managed company.

Firstly support is easy to contact and helpfull. But accounting is a problem.Right now it is 22.12.25 my october and november not declared yet evet I do not know if september is submitted.

We opened the company via Enty. Everything went smoothly until we actually had to run the business.

They failed to sign the contact person document. my company was hanging without any contact person and they still charged me i ask a refund they dont. and they say adress was being used however adress is not important without a contact person. we agreed for the contact person not only for adress.

EDIT: (I would like to clarify the situation regarding the renewal and termination of services for my company
I did not reach out to your company for several months regarding the renewal. When I eventually contacted you and noticed that the renewal of contact person had not been completed and failed and your company is responsible any future issues
I decided to terminate the payments. My termination request was not due to the renewal delay but because your application initially contained missing data, which prevented me from signing on 17.06.2025. I informed your team about this issue on 17.06.2025. The day after the data was corrected, I signed the updated application, and the company successfully passed my signature and from the system your missing signatures of the application have been informed.

Your company provided contact person services which ended on 01.07.2025 due to the failure of your signatures, and address services thereafter somehow stayed there. However, since you did not have the right to charge me the full amount for both services, I switched to another provider once I noticed this on 20.10.2025. I did not wish to continue using your address service — using an address without a contact person is meaningless — even though it was technically active until 20.10.2025. You have already charged me for an additional month for August beyond the actual service period, which I consider unjustified.

Therefore, I have frozen your payment request on my card and kindly ask you to review this matter and correct the issues accordingly.)

Spotless services and top-notch customer service. Can't recommend it more. They are always very responsive and make sure you're provided with all informations you need to continue running your business. Opening the company was a breeze. All my questions are always answered. Accounting is great too although the platform is lacking some features.

I paid nearly €2,000 to Enty to open a company in Estonia. Their website promises fast company formation “within a few days,” but that’s completely false. It’s been weeks and I still have nothing. Their support is unresponsive – no replies to any emails.

The site works fine to take your money, but once you’ve paid, they disappear. There’s no follow-up, no service, nothing behind the polished website. I clearly lost my money. Stay away from this platform it’s a scam in disguise!

I can't say how happy I am with Enty! I first wanted to sign up with Xolo since they were the first company I found but it took days for them to answer a question and I needed things to go quick got to Enty and they answer everything so quickly and help u with any questions u have from opening your business to opening a bank account! I never had an amazing service like this! I can not recommend this service more than anything else! Also a big shoutout to Nadya from the livechat!
